I just came for my first visit for a fill and gel polish. They charged me $40 instead of the $33 I pay at the salon I went to before. I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but I gave it a shot and WOW, I got my money's worth. The employees are very friendly and professional and the salon has a clean, tidy, and tranquil atmosphere. The soft piano music they play is a lovely touch. As far as my actual manicure, this salon went above and beyond expectations. My technician spent... a lot of time making sure that my nails were just right, taking his time and ensuring that they were evenly filed and symmetrical. They came out perfect. Afterwards--this is the best part--I didn't realize but they include a wax dip, shoulder massage, and hand massage afterwards. It was lovely, relaxing, and a rejuvenating experience well worth the $40 I paid (plus a generous tip to my awesome nail tech!). I love this place! Gina and others are truly great! Always friendly and everything is always amazing. My gel manicure lasted 3 weeks while I was in Italy! NO chips whatsoever. I always say if you want the best gel manicures come here. Every other service is amazing as well. I drive 25 minutes to come to this salon. Read Less

The establishment is clean, comfortable, and the employees are very kind.For the standard prices as most nail salons, they provide more services (parafin wrap for hands, wrapping heels in Saran with a special lotion, warm back massage, calves exfoliated). I was ripped off. First off, I suggest you do not tip right away like I did before I had the total. I'm sorry, $20 for a polish change is too expensive. I tip 5 and it's 15 for a polish change in the toes. I'm far from cheap but I DO NOT LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF. I'm an excellent and generous customer. I firmly support small businesses, but I will never come back here again. Congratulations for the expensive polish change but you lost me when I walked out of the door. I can't express how much I enjoy it here! It's super clean, and they have a ton of colors to choose from! My favorite is getting the gel manicure with the color change nail polish!! As most women know there are nail salons on almost every street and they all are VERY similar. They typically offer all the same services for around the same price and there is really nothing that makes them stand out! However Gold's is a place that FINALLY stood out. In addition to it being clean the staff are also very nice.I first came here during the week and it was quiet which was great because there was no wait and I walked in. I got a classic French Pedicure which was AMAZING. My pedicurist actually spent an appropriate amount of time on my feet for once! The pedicure- which included a standard massage was incredible but the best part was the hot stones! The hot stones took my pedicure from average to amazing! Then as my nails were drying I was treated to a wonderful neck massage! So the hot stones and the neck massage are two extras right there; which stood out and is enough to keep me coming back!
