I found this place because my go to nail salon was closed for renovation and I'm so happy to have discovered it! I was a walk in and went in for a pedi/no chip mani and was in the pedicure seat in less than 5 minutes. I was given a small bottle of water and 15 minutes into my pedi someone else started on my nails (filing and soaking). I wanted a certain color and showed the nail tech a picture on Pinterest and knew exactly how to achieve my desired color. I have always had a problem with my no-chip peeling off at my other salon after a week but it has been 2 weeks and they are still in tact!! Wow! What a great place! Why? Comfortable, clean -- and state-of-the-art - with its owners investing in special LED technology instead of UV lights (which I did not even know about) that BOTH reduces the UV exposure many of us who get gel manicures have been getting and takes less time (!!) Owners/managers of the shop very thoughtful. Very good response time for either walk in or appointment. So I used to go to this salon all the time when the previous owners owned it. Now they sold it to some family members and well yes they did a great job with cleaning up the place,but the service is little to be desired. I had gone there on a Wednesday to get my eyebrows done quick and told the girls I would be back tomorrow with my friend to get full sets and pedis. She suggested making an appointment and I said sure 5:00 figuring I would be able to get right in with no issues and seeing that her book was completely empty I figured there would be no issues. Boy was I wrong! Next day my friend and I showed up 5 mins early and there were only 3 woman working and all three were with these 3 ladies. I figured they were just finishing up so we would just wait like 15 mins tops... well I was wrong again... we waited over and hour! What was the point of making an appointment? I started calling around but everywhere was booked for at least an hour so I figured we had already waited this long what's a little longer? Finally the girl comes to take us ... she apologizes and has us go sit to get our pedicures my friend gets that girl and I get this other woman who speaks absolutely NO English. I try to tell her that I don't want my legs to be scrubbed just my feet and she gets huffy and asks the girl what I said.... she tells her what I said and we continue. The other girl apologizes again saying that those people had appointments too and they were late. To which I replied when did they make it because I made mine yesterday and saw no other appointments booked and she said well they called this morning... which to me still didn't make sense because I booked first and why would you have All three girls working when you know you have two clients coming in on time, but I digress. After they finished our feet we finally sat to do our nails and they could only do one of us at a time so all in all when all was said and done we were there for over three hours!! No discount and a slow and painful process my nails weren't filed correctly I had to make her fix it and she cut my friend. It's now a week later and my nails that should've lasted at least two weeks look like I've had them on for ever ! They're already chipping cracking and growing out. Unfortunately I won't be going back. I gave them a 2nd chance after they made my eyebrows too thin one time and now this last trip was the final straw for me. I used to love this place but unfortunately it is under new ownership. I thought I would give it a chance and I wish I didn't. My friend and I had made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure the day before and we were waiting an hour after our appointment was scheduled.  I was there for 4 hours! Tried this place on a whim, wish I didn't. They charge $5 to remove gel from your nails... no other place I have been to does this. It took 2 full hours for a fill, I couldn't wait to be done. My nails are bumpy and the foil has already fallen off one of my nails...it's been less than 16 hours. It cost $31 and it looks like I did my nails myself. Save yourself the time and waste of money. What a nice place first off. The staff were super nice and welcoming. The place was clean and welcoming, located in a small plaza. They offer all the services a nail salon would offer! The prices were very reasonable and they do not over price which most salons do. I absolutely loved my nail set and will definitely be back. Easy access and always parking. NEVER get your eyebrows done here. I usually have Kim do my eyebrows. I went to get them done today, seeing a new girl ,going in with nice, thick, wellshaped eyebrows, leaving with barely any. I have senior pictures in 2 days and I'm am beyond upset. Absolutely horrific. Read Less
