She did an Amazing job on my nails way better then the last place I had gone too.. I came in with high hopes because of the reviews. Maybe i just went to the wrong person because kim was the only professional one that everyone kept asking for. All i needed was a simple mani and pedi. First things first. I am huge on customer service and how a place treats their customers. At no point in time if you are in front of a customer should you 1. Be on Facebook while you are working and 2. Get off said Facebook and talk on your cellphone ignoring said customer. Maybe if you were paying attention to the customer you wouldnt have dug so deep while cutting my cuticle twice. Next you want to blow your nose in the sink and then wipe your nose without cleaning your hands. Totally disgusting. For me to have to ask you to wash your hands is uncalled for. This hidden gem is my new spot. Kim and her sister were lovely and did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to do everyone's nails in the salon, and their quality did not suffer due to their speed! On top of it all, the prices were reasonable, didn't charge me extra for random things, and they were very genuinely nice. I am picky, but this is the Best spot in the area by far! Read Less
