They do a great job, very happy with both my manicure and pedicure. However they were really busy and ran out of hot water for mine and many other ladies pedicures :( The woman who was doing my pedicure tried to heat me some water, it was nice of her. This location just opened a few days ago so I went in for mani/pedis and I am beyond impressed! The service was amazing and all the staff and the owners are extremely friendly. I’m amazed by how clean this place is and the measures they take to keep everything over the top sanitary! So many options for pedicures too! We will definitely be going back. Read Less

I began coming here last year and the charged $30 for a full set. I went back last week and they charged me $45 for a full set. My nails are bumpy and extremely thick. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Not only did they do that, but they switched out my polish with out my knowledge and charged me extra for gel THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR. At one point this nail salon was AMAZING!!During my last visit however is was DEPLORABLEMy most recent visits I witnessed girls taking pedicure supplies out of the trash and putting them into the pedicure workstations to be reused. Open food containers were at various fingernail workstations. There were open food containers and staff eating meals. The amount of just pure filth, piles of used nail tips, cottonballs, and dirty wash cloths. On top of all that my week old new set of nails just lifted off.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Read Less

Once had a problem, saw a different Nail Tech. and wasn't happy (im a creature of habit) but I went in a few days later and they totally fixed it without question. I highly recommend this salon. I have been going to get my nails done for over a year at Bonsai and before that Creative Nails, which they used to own. When they owned Creative Nails, it got to the point where they were so busy that it became frustrating to go there. I started making appointments at Bonsai and that helped with not having to wait a long time. I had my nails done on Tuesday and it is now Friday of the same week and three of my nails have the acrylic chipped. I called to make an appointment today to get them fixed and was told they don't do appointments for fixes.............REALLY so if I get there and there are 3 people in line, I have to wait for them to fix what they did not do right in the first place? ALL DONE!! Completely frustrating. There is a lot of competition out there and they have lost a loyal customer for good. Read Less

I question the sanitary conditions as my implements came out of a damp plastic bag, never sanitized. When done placed back in bag after rinsing of in foot tub. Yikes! No soap in the the foot tub, no cleaning under the free edge, scrubber was used more on my legs than heals. I was disappointed with everything but the music and massage chair. Read Less

I've gone here maybe 5 times now, and always been impressed. They are professional, clean, and always do a lovely job. One thing I especially like is that, unlike most nail places, it is quiet and more "spa like" here. There is no tv on, no music (just nature or mediation chime sounds) and while it's friendly and chatty, it's not loud. When I only have a bit of time to get some me time, the atmosphere is something I appreciate.In addition, the owner and manager are always friendly and ask how everything was and try to make sure you're happy and comfortable. All in all, great place with some touches that bring them beyond other local nail places I've been to! Read Less

Just got my nails done here and I swear I got the new girl. I usually have great results here. To start off I told her that I wanted a round shape. She made them square. She hardly cleaned my cuticles. Then came the painting my nails part. She laid it on so thick. My nails look like tree stumps and are bumpy. Some of my finger nails were uneven and had sharp edges. I asked her to fix them and she tried but she just made them worse. Now for my toes. She faked files them and hardly used the other instrument to remove my cuticles. The paint job was horrible. I told her that my big toe nail was smudged and the color looked uneven. She repainted it not once, not twice but three times and still it looked horrible. I gave up. 56 bucks on horrible looking nails. I really want to just go somewhere else and just do them all over again. If you decide to visit this establishment make sure you see Lena. I tried Bonsai nails because of a referral after i complained about my acrylics from a previous salon. i went to Bonsai around 11:20 on Sunday which is just after they open. There were tons of employees, and a lot of customers already there as well. There were two ladies ahead of me and when i entered the owner told me "pick a color and we'll be with you in a few minutes" i picked my color and then waited around 30 minutes. which for as packed as they were, wasn't that bad. I sat and told the tech what i wanted and she happily obliged. the taking off of the previous acrylics was pretty painful, but i'm going to chalk that up as the horrible job of the previous salon i went to's fault because they weren't put on right. when she put the new acrylics on she spent so much time shaping and smoothing them out so they looked perfect. the owner also came up to me while i was washing my hands and asked me how everything was going and told me that if i needed anything to let them know. my tech then applied the gel polish and they came out perfectly. i will absolutely go back here. the only difference is make was to make an appointment next time.if you're looking for a great, clean, friendly, calming place to get your nails done definitely try out Bonsai! Before this visit Amy had cut me on my cuticle because she's too busy trying to go fast and now this time during this visit she cut me again on my cuticle on another finger and on top of that I complain to her that my nails are not round and that they were too pointy. See then continue to argued with me that no no they're not and I said yes they are I'm not happy then continue to give me a dirty look like I was stupid, little did she realize I'm paying her to do my nails and I should be receiving what I want there my nails not hers.
