If 0 stars could be a thing, that's what this place would get. Went there on February 5th the get my nails done for Valentine's day. I pulled up a picture online and asked the nail artist if he could do it, he said yes he could. I was the last one on there any they rushed me and completely forgot the design I wanted. When I mentioned it to him he said "we can't do that" with a big smile on his face. They wanted to rush me out when it was only 7 and they close at 7:30. WAY too over priced for what u get. This was my first time at pro nails and it will also be my last. My mom had invited my three year old daughter and I to go get our nails painted. My daughter got her finger nails and toes painted. They charged me $33 dollars for a mani/pedi for her.  She is three! I did not get a mani/pedi for my three year old they simply painted her nails. They also told her that they were going to put a pretty flower on her nails. They did not tell me that they were going to charge me extra for that. In fact they only asked my three year old if she wanted a flower. I got a pedicure and they lady I had kept asking me to get a paraffin dip. I kept saying no and she did it any way. Then I got charged the extra $10 for it, despite the fact that I said no not once but twice. I will never return there. What was meant to be a fun and relaxing kind of day turned into one I want to forget. They ignore your wishes and do what they need to do to make more money. When my mom called to discuss this with the owner they told her that they have me on film saying yes to giving my daughter a mani/pedi. What she didn't say was that on the same film they will see my daughter simply getting her nails painted. They only took off 5 dollars from the cost of my daughters nails.  Having read the reviews this is not the first incident of this place over charging for their service. Read Less

The worst!!!!!! Been here twice and both times were extremely disappointing. They are not thorough. Do not apply nail polish well. The next day it came off both times. They dont do a good job of cutting cuticles. They really overcharge for the services they provide. Ive never been told to wash my hands after lotion has been applied. These nail techs suck! I loved this place when they first opened And they were really good during the earlier years. But over the last year the service has really gone down hill. There are some people who work there that are really great but there are others that should not be doing nails. When it comes to a pedicure some of them are really lazy about doing a proper pedicure. It's bad when I have to go home and finish my own pedicure. Read Less

This place has so many colors of the dip powered! It's almost overwhelming how many they have. This was my first time trying the dip and I love it. I tend to break my gel nails in the first week so this is a great alternative for me. I did break one on day 8 but they fixed it for free! That's so nice of them. Staff was knowledgeable and very genuinely sweet making small talk. It's always busy and I went to get that nail fixed at 10am on a Monday! So prepare to wait or call ahead. They are reasonably priced but I didn't realized I had to mention I want the whole shebang manicure with my dip, so make sure you make that clear because I was a bit disappointed but realized my mistake when I read their pricing on the wall. This place is definitely a good choice if you need a quick nail appointment. I wouldn't call it spa quality so don't come here if you're looking for quiet relaxation. This place is loud and full of life. Tips are cash only which is the worst! I'll have o make up for my lack of cash next time. But if you're looking for the dip powder, this is 100% the place to go. I would most likely give this establishment a 3.5 than a 4.5 I was kinda annoyed when the ladies kept speaking nonstop in their native language. Went in for a Pedi and although the seats are comfortable I just couldn't handle all the yapping. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend, just make sure to bring your headset to drown out all the talking. Read Less

I was reluctant to try this place based on the recent reviews, but I'm glad I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were very professional, clean and pleasant. I got a pedicure and the price was as stated. I got there shortly after they opened and waited only as long as it took me to pick out my color. Would definitely go back.Read Less

i got my nail done two weeks ago and they still look great! I had the shellac gel manicure and pedicure there. I have so many compliments on my nails. This place is clean and have a lot of parking space. Their pedicure are out of this world. I love how they use hot stone for the pedicure. I have recommended all of friends to this place. Read Less
