Interesting couple run this place, they seem to bicker in their native tongue which is sort of annoying but also comical. They have a cute lil dog that barks at everyone that walks in, sort of eliminates any sense of relaxation. They have a buddhist shrine at the front that normally has offerings like fruit or I've even seen a bowl of fruit loops there... Normally it's buzzing w fruit flies. I go here because it is close and I find it kinda entertaining in a weird way, but I've never seen more than the couple working so you can expect a wait and if you end up working w the guy, then you're in luck. I used to stop at this place pretty often a few years ago because it's convenient to my home.  I've mostly be frequenting similar but larger salons in Providence for the past couple of years, mostly because they're cheaper and faster and only a 15 minute drive away.  Today reminded me why I never go to this place anymore.  I don't know about anyone else, but please.  By all means, tell me it's going to be a half hour wait and I'll gauge whether or not I want to wait based on the truth. It is common business practice at this place to tell you it will be "a few seconds" or "a few minutes".  It never, ever is.  Decided to try again today after a long hiatus and again was told "a few seconds".  I pulled my 12 year old daughter out of the car and we proceeded to wait for 10 minutes with no manicure in sight.  My daughter was excited to sit in a massage chair, despite the fact that she wasn't getting a pedicure, just to read her book while she waited for me.  After ten minutes, the owner's husband told her she was not allowed to sit there if she wasn't getting a pedicure.  (There was one of four chairs in use and nobody was waiting for a pedicure).  Customer service rating: - 2 stars.  Manis and pedis, in the past, are mediocre and overpriced. I stopped here on my way to get my hair done. I only have 40 minutes to get a full set. The woman was very nice and spoke good english. I opted for the full set of the gel. I had never tried it and she explained it to me in detail. She was done in a timely manner and the french manicure looks great! (I hate when they do too much white!) Read Less
