Perfect Nails is the best nail salon hands down. They offer multiple services. 3 years ago I was introduced to the salon & I've been coming ever since. I refer everyone to them. The customer service is out of this world they no all of the customers by there first names. They are very polite & friendly. The establishment is very neat & clean. The work they do speaks for itself. I get so many compliments on my nails & the quality is awesome. Sometimes I miss a fill & my nails still look shiny & beautiful. The pedicures are to die for. Visited Perfect Nails for the first time yesterday. I'm new to the Cranston area and was looking for a local salon. After reading the many positive reviews below I decided to check them out. I'll admit I was a bit hesitant as I pulled into the strip mall the salon was located, but upon entering and being greeted by the friendly staff I was instantly at ease. Tina and Andy worked on mine, and a girlfriend's nails, and we were both extremely satisfied. They were conversational and checked for satisfaction through out the entire experience. Tina has done my nails twice so far. Both perfect.  She did a pedicure today and perfect.  This salon is immaculate not like other Asian salons. They speak English. Unlike other Asian salons there is American tv on and they do not make you feel like they are ridiculing you.   Awesome place across from Marchettis on park ave.  excellent prices. Read Less

I came here after Kai Salon was a 45 minute wait time and I'm glad I did! It was a rather busy day for the girls at Perfect Nails, but even so, my entire set took about an hour, which included: shape and gel, cuticle care, and mini hand massage! *Perfect Nails Salon is by far one of the best nail salons I've been to. The salon is very clean and pretty tidy; the nail technician's are very friendly, kind people and they all do a great job. They use quality acrylic powder, it lasts a very long time.*They don't have a huge selection of regular nail polish, some need to be thrown out and replaced in my opinion. They need better quality polish (I'm very picky)... I also wouldn't do any designs, in my experience they are not good at painting designs, I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt twice, but I do not like their "design" hand work.....so I would recommend GEL POLISH, which they have a bigger selection of colors. :) *I would say the prices are fair for the quality of work and atmosphere/location. *They try to up-sell, it's their job like someone else pointed out. Called ahead for a pedicure yesterday and got the best pedicure of my life! I got the deluxe pedi for $10 more. It had a hot stone massage and sea scrubs. She really massaged my legs and feet well, I was almost falling asleep because it was so relaxing. They do try to upsell, but it's their job to.
