Love how they do my gel. The gel polish never cracks like it does after going to some other salons. Never have had a bad experience. The girl who does my gels shapes my nails, makes sure all the nails look to be the same shape and articulate on how she does the gel. $25 bucks can't beat that. Read Less

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I have gone here twice and definitely have not been pleased any of the times. The second time around is really what convinced me to never go here again.The second time I decided to go was to get my nails done for my wedding. It was a Wednesday at 6 o'clock and there was only 4 people working. There were two other girls waiting to get their nails done so I decided to sit down and wait. Since the store closes at 7 they decided that they were not going to take any other people to get their nails done. The entire time they let other people get their eyebrows done but wouldn't let them get their nails done so there was commotion. In between this commotion there was even more commotion arising because multiple customers were complaining that their nails were done horribly. And in fact they were being done horribly they looked like they were being painted by 5 year olds. Also the employees are very rude. I experienced this both times I went there. I work at an aisan restaurant (they teach me some lingo) so I catch some words here and there and the employees are definitely talking s*** about the customers and are saying extremely rude things. Since I waited an hour to get my nails done I made friends with the girl next to me and her daughter who was 5 years old was running around in a circle right in front of us literally a 2 foot Circle and the nail tech started yelling at the little girl in Spanish telling her to sit down just assuming that she's Spanish. Next thing you know I'm up next. My nails were so rushed and horribly done they got cut up and they hurt so bad. While I was getting my nails done multiple women were screaming at the employees because their nails were horribly done and they were being rude to them saying that they weren't going to redo them because they were closing and that they would have to come back another time. While I was drying my nails the woman next to me were complaining about how their nails were so messy which they were and look like they work done by 5 year olds. When one woman said she wanted her nails repainted or she was not going to pay they ignored her and started being rude. I decided to leave and come back the next day because I did not want to add to any of the commotion. Once I got out of work the next day I called ahead and explained my situation to them and they told me to come in and they would fix them for me. Since I had complained I was assuming that they would do a very good job because they wanted to make me a happy customer. The nails looked okay for the first 3 days with my wedding was the day after I got them fixed. My nails nails are so thin they peeled off and breaks by typing and they grew out so quickly in one week. I seriously cannot stress how badly you should not go there ever. I just feel like I needed to help a sister out. I'm literally pissed and can't do anything about it so I hope if you read this you don't go there because they're so bad. Read Less

Never again! The chemical smell was so strong that I asked for a mask. Shellac manicure on hands chipped after 2 days (usually lasts 2-3 weeks.) Cuticles weren't trimmed. Toenails are a mess. Wish I could post a pic to show you. Waste of money! Am so disappointed.. Read Less

I've been to this place before many time and they use to do a good job. I always had diff people do my nails. But this time will be my last there. I always get Gel nails, n the woman who did my nail, cut so much of my skin off n it's hurts. I was sitting there saying ouch ouch, take it easy lady. My gel nails came out very ugly and bulky. The woman was missing step i had to remind she forgot this n that! Maybe was new i dont know. But wont be going back there. I'm paying these people n my nail r ugly!!! Save ur money!! Worse nail job ive ever had done in my life, ive been getting my nails done for 17 years and never experienced such a horrible job as I received yesterday, looks like a child did my nails such a sloppy mess from the bad paint job to the bad acrylic work,  I will NEVER go there again! Read Less

My only pet peeve when receiving service is having a service provider not even acknowledge my existence. Yes, that's the case here. I'm sure it's a language barrier. But can we at least try? Don't grunt and point to give me instructions.. Not cool! The pedicure was mediocre. Not a bad place in a pinch. The best part is the massage chair, which is rate a 6/10.
