I'm giving two stars only because this WAS my go to nail salon, and for a while I loved this place. However, after one horrible experience, I decided I would never step foot in this place again. The woman that did my nails, Mellany, was quiet the whole time, no big deal. I picked out a color I thought I would like... however after putting on one layer of gel polish one one hand... no top coat... I didn't like it. So I said I'm sorry I don't like it. She made it very known how upset she was, she was rude and said "it already dried". So, I picked out another color, she quickly and sloppily re-painted my nails. The best part is she charged my for "gel removal" when she never even put a top coat on. That I didn't care about, I honestly don't care about paying but if you knew you were going to charge me you could have 1. Said you had to charge me 2. Been a little more polite CONSIDERING I'M PAYING YOU. I still left her a tip... no thank you or anything (yes it was stupid of me to do that, if I could go back I wouldn't have left her a penny). Moral of this long story is: stay far away from this nightmare of a nail salon. Read Less

My first experience here was great until I went back 2 weeks later and walked in at 6pm and they told me they were closed when they are actually open till 8pm. Then after I walked out when they told me they were closed they let someone else in? Very rude service Read Less

I began coming here after a bad experience with another nail salon!! The staff is wonderful and always friendly! They have a huge selection of colors! Very clean with a great ambiance! The entire experience is relaxing! Open 9 am til 7pm by Appointment or walk-in!! Read Less

I had a gel manicure and a pedicure, both were nothing to brag about. The lady actually tried but I don't think she could see very well. The smudged nail polish was left untouched on my toes and the corners of my nails were not even painted so I have clear gel on all sides of my nails. The lady set me on one of the drying machines and never came back to check on me.I will not be coming back because there are much better options around for me to choose. My total was $47 and the place seems clean but if you are looking for a peaceful and spa type of place, this one is not for you. Read Less

Complete & total satisfaction with the job that was done as well as the customer service. I walked in for a gel manicure on a weekday, a couple hours after opening. They sat me down right away & showed me the color options. I asked if they do 3D designs & showed a pic that I found online. She said no but offered her collection of jewels, gems, etc for me to rummage thru till I found something I liked... Viola: Gold Studs !We came up with a cool design & she warned that the studs might not stick very long but to just come in if they fall off so that she can replace them. Awesome.Awesome. Awesome. She really went above & beyond to get me the unique kind of design that I wanted. I would definitely return here for services & just hope that they do get the 3D stuff soon because it seems like they would do great work with them. I could minus a star since other places in the area do have them but the amazing customer service definitely makes up for it. Also, it was a nice change from the usual Vietnamese salons, as this staff was speaking Khmer & most of them were very proficient in English. Read Less

Its hard to find a good nail salon in RI, but I seen a ladys nails and they looked really nice so I asked her where she had been to get them done she she reffered me to 5 star nails in cranston, And I have to say I recieved a pedicure as well as a manicure and the nail polish didnt chip like it normally would some place else, it lasted a little over a week, And the pedicure was not rushed. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I get my nails done on a regular basis and I usually go to 2 different places. One being my favorite which is the Nail Spa across from RI mall. Anyways I got a shellac done on Friday and the only reason I went was because they were open till 8. Well the girl rushed through my nails . She shellacked the top coat to my skin. I left I had to peel top coat off my skin which coas my 25$ manicure to chip instantly by day two I was lifting. I haven't even made it a week and I would already use another manicure. I will never, ever ever go there again. Besides the fact that I'm trying to relax after a long day and people are vacuming so they can leave ! Are you serious! Health department where are you!!
