I heard a lot of nice things about this place, so I decided to try it. It was the first time I ever had my nails done or a pedicure. It was two days before my wedding and my maid of honor and myself had gone. We did not realize what time it was or what time they closed. They started doing our nails and they informed us they close in 45 minutes. Well that's not enough time to have a full set and a pedicure done. We told them we would come back the next day for the pedicure, they said no don't worry about it. Well, I never felt so rushed in my life. Something that should have been relaxing and enjoyable really wasn't. We were moved to the pedicure chair and had someone finishing our nails why'll we had our pedicure. Not good. Not sure if I would give them another chance or not. For 90$, I didn't get my monies worth.

I went to get a full set of acrylics on a friend's recommendation. While the experience wasn't awful, and the should and hand massage were AWESOME, I was disappointed in the actual manicure. My nails ...
I went to get a full set of acrylics on a friend's recommendation. While the experience wasn't awful, and the should and hand massage were AWESOME, I was disappointed in the actual manicure. My nails look like they are a week old and they are very very thick. Maybe if I had gotten a gel manicure it might be better.

I absolutely LOVE this place, they were amazing, gentle and didn't even cut me when filing my nails like other places do when I get acrylics done. They give your hands a wax mask which at first had me shook cause I thought it was gonna burn my hands but it was super nice, and they treat you so sweetly. I then got a free back massage which I most definitely needed. They wear scrubs and are very very very clean which I respect and adore so much about them. The owner I believe is always there to make sure everything is going well and you are comfortable. I work at Lowes so my pinky nail snapped off due to the extreme work conditions I'm in sometimes, and my fingers are very tiny so it broke, but I can assure you that it wasn't due to their work, it was the amount of pressure that was put on it. So I went back up to Coventry (I reside in providence) and the owner fixed it and did it free of charge which was not what i ever expect. I recommend this place to everyone. I drive 25 minutes to get my nails done without hesitation. I'm grateful I found such a lovely spa. It is a wonderful spa and great atmosphere. Tip them well because they put their hearts into their work!!!!!

Love my French manicured gel nails. I have been having my nails done there for months now. I receive so many compliments about my beautiful nails. I most often have Leo do my nails because he is so meticulous. I'm sure Andy and the rest of the staff will do a great job also. Please give yourself a treat and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed.

I have been going here for quite some time and have recommended Royal nails to many of my friends, but the service has gone way down on my last five visits. My last visit this week the girl rushed ma...
I have been going here for quite some time and have recommended Royal nails to many of my friends, but the service has gone way down on my last five visits. My last visit this week the girl rushed making my experience stressful instead of relaxing and skipped many steps that I normally receive when I get a pedicure and manicure so much that she squirted the gel on my hands and told me to wash hands when they usually massage the gel into hands. I never received the massage with the warm towel at best she rubbed my neck putting little to effort in and the same was for my pedicure. I was very disappointed and will not return. Very inconsistent with service.

I heard a lot of nice things about this place, so I decided to try it. It was the first time I ever had my nails done or a pedicure. It was two days before my wedding and my maid of honor and myself had gone. We did not realize what time it was or what time they closed. I went to get a full set of acrylics on a friend's recommendation. While the experience wasn't awful, and the should and hand massage were AWESOME, I was disappointed in the actual manicure. My nails look like they are a week old and they are very very thick. Maybe if I had gotten a gel manicure it might be better.
