I love this place. Today I went in for a gel manicure, I did not have an appointment. I came in right as they were getting busy, they gave me a comfortable seat and asked me to pick my color. I waited a bit, as it was very busy, but as soon as he could, the nail technician James came over to start my nails. As he was working, a woman came in who had made a reservation for 4pm with James, he apologized that he would have to have someone else finish my manicure. Quickly, Angel came over to pick up right where James left off. She did a wonderful job. She took her time while painting my nails, they look pristine! While I was waiting for the gel to harden under the lights Angel gave me a wonderful, short massage. I didn't realize how bad I needed a shoulder massage until she started massaging! Also, as part of a regular manicure, they use a paraffin wax treatment to soften and hydrate your hands. It smells heavenly and it works wonders! I will absolutely be back to this place! Me and my sister went for her birthday with our Latina mother me and my sister being white Latinas could pass for white people but our mother was darker. We got dirty looks from everyone and the man said "what, what do you want?" rudely once we first entered then we told him what we wanted and he sent us to pick our colors. We came back with gel polishes and he told us to get a normal one since it was "too expensive for us" . We didn't even tell him our price point!! He was so rude and ruined my sisters birthday. It doesn't feel good to be labeled as "poor" by your heritage. We obviously entered because we had the money. I had my pedicure done by Paul. Horrible job. He cut no cuticle looked around the whole time like he was bothered by his job. My feet looked better when I went in there. He didn't paint all the way to the end of the nail so it's looks grow out already. He was smoking in the back of the building so I'm guessing we inconvenienced him by having to work. He did wear a mask like all other employees and smelt if cigarettes. I will never go back. Read Less

One of the best places to get your nails done in this area. Your manicure includes a neck massage and paraffin wax treatment, which is great considering the price. I love coming here to get my nails done, but the most recent time I went I had some inconsistency. My nails ended up misshapen and my previous gel polish wasn't removed completely before applying the new color. However, that was the first bad experience I've had and I will still continue to go back!Read Less

DONT GO TO JOHN!!! he ripped my off saying I didn't tip him when my sister saw me put down the correct amount of money!!! so I had to re-tip him the money! you get a free nail filer package that my sister got and I did not receive that from john. I payed for the full manicure and he didn't cut around my cuticles and is awful at painting nails in general. He didn't leave my nails under the UV light the full time and the richness of the color came off. Joanne is who my sister had and she did a great job but John is awful made my experience a nightmare.
