I'm here on a business trip and wanted to stop in to pamper myself for the weekend ahead...I walked in and everyone looks up and greets me, I've been yo a lot of nail salons in my adult life and I have never felt so welcome, never!I got a pedicure and a "cleanup" or mans manicure... I'm too rough on my hands to keep polish, but I digress. Toes look great, she didn't scrub as hard as others have, but that could be because I'm used to the agressive Michigan nail techs. I've been there a few times now. Service was quick and efficient. I was thinking of doing acrylics but was told my nails were okay so I would be wasting my money. Love it. I have been to a few places looking for a good place and I have found it. They are very nice, price is great and my gel nails are lasting four or more weeks. I was going one place where in three days it was peeling off. The other place I went it was only a week and the gel nails started peeling. It was very clean. Very impressed. Read Less

Called around to all the nail salons in the area....They were all closed....Called OP Nails on Leaders Heights...I called them at 4:55 and they closed at 5:00 I was so heart broken because I wanted to get my nails done....The man on the phone at OP Nails said "what do you want done?".....I told him and he said I will stay for you when can you be here....I told him 10 minutes.....He said ok see you then.....He stayed open for an extra hour just so this girl could get her nails done.....I will always go to them to get my nails (hands and feet) done......Thank you so much OP Nails!!!!! I just moved here and needed to find a nail place and there aren't many in York. I gave this place 4 tries. Each time my gel nails would chip within 1 week or less. This past time she rushed, hardly did my cuticles and within 2 days they started chipping. I went back in and showed them and they said its not their fault and the owner proceeded to mock and laugh at me in front of about 10 patrons for being dumb enough to think they'd fix them. Not to mention, I have NEVER seen them clean their tools. Stay away from this place. Read Less

I was very disappointed.    I have just moved to this area and thought I would try OPNails because it was close by. A man named Ricky or Richy did my nails. He did not cut them beforehand. A few of the tips he glued on were not the correct size for my fingers and they looked way too narrow and inconsistent with the rest of my fingers. He never compared the nail length of any of the fingers. He cut 2 of the nails at a 30 degree angle instead of parallel with the end of my finger. He put entirely too much acrylic on my nails. They were 5 times thinker than my real nails-  It looked like I had spent the day doing paper mâché and left the glop on my nails to dry. 75% of the nail polishes to choose from were dried up and cracked. They spent the entire time trying to get me to get a pedicure; to get my daughter's nails done; and for me to get her a pedicure. The full set was very quick- unfortunately it was because it was done poorly.  I went 3 days later to a different salon to have the nails fixed. It took her 20 minutes to grind all the acrylic  down to a normal thickness and shape. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I just got back from my first visit, and was thrilled with the service. I didn't have to wait at all. I had acrylic tips put on, with a french manicure, and it looks amazing.
