They do good job but the prices are very high. My friend went for dye, cut and dried they told her it’s going to be $200. SHe was from 9am to 3 pm and she left without drying or cutting and he was charged $ 350. If they want to keep their clients they should consider the prices. Read Less

I had gone to the East Market Street location years ago and was always pleased with their services. I moved to Maryland several years ago and hadn't been back to get my hair done due to the distance. I'm back in PA sooooo...I have blonde hair and wanted pink hi lites ( my hubbies recommendation). Went to three salons and no one would do it. I remembered Indulge and the great service I had gotten in the past. Called, made an appointment. Kimberly, the owner worked on me for several hours getting my blonde coloring right and gave me PINK HI LITES! Looks great. My hubbie was very happy with the results. She is an awesome woman and gave me the coloring I wanted. Wish you could see it! Don't hesitate one minute to go to Indulge. Well worth checking out. I will be returning. My mother and I have known Kimberly for many years. She's one of a kind. Her prices might be a little more than your average hair salon but there is absolutely no task she can't handle. She won't let you leave until your hair is perfect. I had damaged hair for 2 years from previous salons and after attempting to fix it at home, I learned that I was buying the wrong products that had protein in it causing my hair to have too much of it which then caused my hair to fall out. She told me it needed moisture, not more protein. Kim has so much knowledge and is willing to share it. She took me in and worked her talent. She deserves every penny. Called on for pricing on a Brazilian blowout, told them the length of my hair was told pricing ranged from 150-400 and mine would be around 200-250. Waited for my hairstylist to come back for 20 mins even though I had an appointment to just be told it's 350-400 for my hair, which is the "highest" price point. I have shoulder length hair. Overpriced and the other stylist that was there with brown hair was very rude about the whole ordeal. Wasted my morning, and will never recommend. Read Less

What I loved about Kimberly was the time she took to consult me about my hair. Before she even touched my hair, she listened to my concerns, asked about my preferences. a woman with green hair, cut my hair lopsided, asked me if it was even (asking the customer for professional advice, is incompetent and quite frankly she did NOT know how to cut hair) I had to correct her several times, seeing as she was asking for my professional advice. Kimberly did a color correction, organic color process, and cut for me on Tuesday. I am so impressed! The color is very nice, but without all of the itching and redness that I usually get with permanent color - and the haircut! I cannot say enough about the cut! I am completely inept with a blow dryer, and although it doesn't look quite as good as when Kimberly styled it - it still just falls right into place. Found my new Salon! I wanted my hair red, and I got it. I'm so in love with it!!! Not only did she (Kimberly - she's fantastic!!) take the extra time (on top of the fact that my hair is about to my waist) to make sure my roots matched the rest of my hair, but everyone is so friendly. The first time I got my hair cut here, I was super upset at how my hair turned out. After I contacted them, the owner was extremely helpful and fixed my hair as soon as I was able to come in (which was actually a day later). I am now extremely happy with how my hair turned out. I honestly don't think I will let anybody else cut my hair but Kimberly- she really seemed to know how to deal with curly hair, and knew everything about hair. I am so happy with her.
