I have been getting my nails done for 15 years. I have been to high end salons, spas, but mostly, the cheaper strip mall variety of nail salons. I didn't get my nails done here - my mother-in-law did. She has tips and got a refill, while the manicurist shaped her nails very nicely, she left with several cuts on her cuticles and fingers.The manicurist took several phone calls during the service while the owner sat and read a book at her station? After the first coat of polish, she was escorted (by the manicurist) to another room for a brow wax and came back to have her seat taken by another patron (a regular). The manicurist then put her top coat on while she was sitting in a chair on the side of the room. She paid a premium price for a poor manicure and rude service. The place is very small -- two stations. Go elsewhere, pay less, receive a better manicure, and certainly a better experience.Read Less
