The older guy did a horrible job on nails! I am not happy with them at all, got home and had to file them myself because the gel was all over my skin and when he put the nail polish on he didn’t even cover the acrylic on the sides and on some of my nails he got it all on top of my cuticles. Horrible. Complete waste of money. I went for a mani/pedi. The technician cut my toe and my fingers causing them to bleed. My nails were not dry after sitting at the dryer for 25 minutes and all my nails were smudged 2 minutes after leaving. Worse ever! Would never go back. If I could put "0" stars I would. Read Less

I have been going here for the past few months and have always had GREAT service and my nails are done perfectly! (I am glad to have found them!) I have never seen anything other than courtesy and professionalism from the staff and they are even humoring me with teaching me a word or two of Vietnamese each time I go! Read Less

I had a mani pedi done. My mani was bad. My nails are different shapes and I didn't even want polish so I was saving them time but left with some square some rounded.... My pedi was ok. The massage was super fast and my feet were barely touched. I won't be back. Read Less

Very inconsistent. I've had good pedicures from here and I've had lousy ones. It really comes down to which "technician" you get. Some of them do a great job and others, not so much. I went there today, granted it was a busy Saturday, and I waited well over an hour before anyone even started my pedicure. People who came in after me were getting their services done and I remained waiting. The pedicure tub water was cold and the owner was dumping hot water from a bucket into th...e tubs. I guess their hot water was on the fritz or something. Then, after I waited over an hour for my pedicure, they made me get up in the middle of my "relaxing" pedicure to have my brows waxed. Instead of waiting until it was finished. What's up with that?! These places are a dime a dozen and I will definitely consider just going elsewhere from now on. Went here for the first time today with friends to get a mani pedi and it was a horrible experience . We waited for 45 mins, then got to sit in the chairs for our manicures but they didn't even do they just changed our polish then the one guy didn't even know how to take off gel on my toes. They rushed because they closed at 7 but we got there at 5pm. Our polish was smudged and I told the lady we didn't like what we got and she made us Pay full amount and didn't apologize or anything. Was not clean and not only did myself and friends have a problem, another girl walked out and three other customers were questioning what they had got done as well. I will not be returning here . Worst experience ever. Pedicure took an hour, then I was settled at a manicure table. Ten minutes later given a bowl to soak my nails in. Ten minutes later a tech sits down, she was previously chasing her two kids around and on her cell phone. After cleaning up my cuticles, buffing and clipping my nails she walked away saying she would be back in two minutes. Twenty minutes later and I had enough and got up to leave. Did I mention that all this time there was a patron getting a pedicure from one tech while another tech was attending to her nails. I proceeded to the front of the salon stating I was leaving. Just then the "manger" walked in and TOLD me to sit back down. I refused and asked to speak to the manager and he stated he was the manager. I asked him if he felt my treatment was acceptable to him. He stated that 3 people had just walked out without paying and he hated the holidays. And walked away. I regret even paying for my ruined pedicure, ruined because I had to put my shoes on to leave.
