All of the experiences I have had here have been great. My nails always come out looking great and last a long time. The prices are awesome; super affordable. I got a pedicure one time and it was nothing special, but again, nails looked solid at the end. If you come at certain times, it can be a long wait (we always get stuck with the sunday morning crowd) but they are pretty efficient and it's not too out of control. Read Less

Worst Experience i have ever had in the history of manicure service.This Guy number 5 was very arrogant leave alone the fact that he didn't do a good job on my nails.I get there first thing early in the morning and had to get a soak.This guy first tells me that he cant soak my SNS because of whatever PA doesn't allow.Mind you i get my SNS nails done in PA all the time but i let the guy "educate'' me as it was too early to start making a fool of someone.So i told him i get them soaked all the time and he finds out that it is possible to soak them.I ignored that fact and we moved on. I was to get both manicure and pedicure but the water was not working yet due to the cold so i totally understand and had no problem waiting for that to be fixed so i begun getting my manicure done by this number 5 guy.This is where it all went down hill.He did an horrible job on my nails...no need to explain how terrible of a job he did so i attached images............................Please look for yourselves...................I had an engagement photoshoot in the afternoon that day so you can imagine how i felt........ After i got out of the store i looked at my nails in the light and i was shocked...i immediately drove back to get it fixed as there was no way i would get my ring photos taken in that mess.On getting back i told the guy to fix it and he treated me with the outermost disrespect.He was pulling my hand, cutting my cuticle and of course i would not sit there and let anyone cut through my skin and on telling him to be careful not to cut me again , he has the guts to blame me that it's because i moved my hand....whatt.....anyway,i told him i needed a different color as that previous color didn't look right with the way he did my nails then he was like i have to pay more for that...whatttt...that was not going to happen after such poor service, plus he was to put a color back to my nail anyway so why be an ass about it? well he gave me the color i wanted after going back and forth with him.....i am never going back there and neither will anyone else i know as i wouldn't want them to have the same experience. They're not extremely bad, I'd say they are only good at regular mani/pedis. If you're looking for something specific, look elsewhere. Customer service really does blow. They look at you like you have 3 heads if you ask them for something specific and you can tell they talk about you to the others. They made my toes bleed twice because she went clipper happy on my cuticles. I've gone to them a handful of times because its close to home but it's not worth the money for the quality service and product. I would rather drive 20 minutes to Lansdowne to Modern Nails.... Wow! I had such a god experience at Wodlyn Nails. The woman who boked my appointment was to nice and did my nails beautifully. I got them eagles colors because that's who I rot for on Sundays. Thanks wodlyn!PS if you have a hankering for some god Chinese fod check out hibachi girl. Read Less

5 stars for their eyebrow waxing. 1 star for their pedicure. 3 stars to even it out. The older woman that does the waxing is amazing. $5 is all it takes to go from having two hairy caterpillars to having gorgeous and tamed brows. It was NYE. I needed a pedicure in the worst of ways. I should have known that everyone wanted to get fancy to bring in the new year. The shop was PACKED but there was only 1 other woman getting her feet done. The young lady who worked on me was nice but damn did she do a quick job. My toes look good but there was no relaxation involved. There was no hot towels used or hot rocks. She used PAPER TOWELS to dry off my legs! WHAT IN THEE ACTUAL F---?!For $22, they ought to be ashamed of themselves. I'll never come back here for any service other than an eyebrow wax. Read Less

At the advice of a friend, I went on Friday....my nails are horrible and one broke yesterday (Sunday). I had to ASK the tech to clean underneath my nail...a GEL set with ONE coat of GEL...and no she did not get a tip??!! I left and noticed my polish was unevern. ARTISTRY SALON is Newport DE is the best...hands down, but quite a distance for me. If there is a decent tech at Woodlyn...someone PLEASE give me his/her name!!! Read Less

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I had gone for a refill. When the top coat of polish was being put on I noticed black streaks on my nails. So I brought it to the attention of my manicurist. She said that she was done and I said they don't look good there are streaks. She proceeded to tell me it was because my real nail was stained. So my response was how do we fix this. She told me that I would need to get a new full set and that I should have done this from the start. Well she didn't suggest that I get a new set when I sat down nor did she tell me the stains of my nails were going to be a problem. So I asked if a different color would cover the stains... she said yes but I'm done already and that she would charge me for a color change on top of the $25 dollars I had already spent. This is absolutely rediculous as a professional you should make the customer aware of these issues before hand and certainly not blame them when they occur.
