went in happy, came out beyond annoyed. the salon we usually go to was too far in this instance, so we restorted to Passion Nails for acrylics for the first time and this will most definitely be the last time. firstly, the color selection is awful. they didn't even have black gel polish that we could find. we went in around 10:45 am and left at 1:25 pm. my friend got coffin shaped gray nails, but was left with patchy, sheer paint with bumps that the nail technician saw but did not fix. then i went up and asked for stilleto nails, and instead, i got lopsided ovals with points on top. i asked repeatedly for them to be sharpened and he would attempt to sharpen them with a dull nail file but the nails ultimately remained the same. additionally, instead of gently moving my hands away when i needed to move them, he would swat them away. he then began to paint my nails, but the polish just messed up the shape even more. we were charged $33 for each fill on our acrylic nails despite the prices on the wall stating that fills were only $15. granted, four of my nails had come off from waiting too long to get them done, but my friends nails were in perfect condition and she was still charged $33. i cannot stand these nails, and the service was terrible. i will never go back to this salon, and the kicker of the entire situation is that one of my nails that they had already replaced is cracked and my friends polish is chipping. there were only three employees working, and they were backed up, which i understand - however, whenever someone was unable to wait almost two hours to get their nails done, the employees would scoff and begin to talk about them once they left. it has only been 4 hours since we have come home. after sitting there was almost 3 hours, i would think that the nails that i waited very long for would come out better. all of the employees were quite rude and i regret going there. for $27 i could go to another salon, and get service and nails i am always satisfied with. do not recommend Read Less

Absolutely horrible!!! I got there at 10:45am for a pedicure and left at 1:30! Unreal. First, the two rude men working took someone else ahead of me- then, he puts my feet into the water and left to finish someone else's nails. The water over flowed and flooded the floor. By the time he shut it off, the floor was flooded and rather than cleaning it with a mop, he used a little face cloth and kept sponging and squeezing it into a bucket which resulted in me watching him clean the floor for 45 minutes. He then rushed my pedicure and did the worst, least relaxing pedicure I have had in my life. I asked a dozen times to have tips put on my big toes to build the up and he argued with me and just put the powder rather than a tip plus powder. It looks fake, chunky and overall horrible and even though I voiced my opinion to how horrible the service was, the quality and they didn't do as I asked, I was charged full price. I will never come here again and I would never recommend this "salon". On top of this all, it's small, hot and dirty and rather than trying to make me happy, they chose to argue with me. I went to get acrylics and found it very unprofessional. The shaping was uneven and messy. The polish was messy and there were some bumpy areas. The nail polish job was something I couldv'e done myself and I have no skill. I expected a neater look. Definitely would not recommend this place, go somewhere else unless you want a simple, cheap job done. They look like I did them at home. Also, my fingers sting and hurt. Read Less

Went here since we moved to the area and really needed a pedicure. This was really the only one in the area. Although it was nice to see them cleaning, the salon really is sub par. Very small. Staff is short and demanding. Wasn't a great pedicure either. Just an okay place. Read Less

Not sure if these clients are REVIEWING the right nail salon but I have been getting acrylic nails here for over 10 years and never had a problem with the staff or the outcome of my manicure, pedicure, eyebrow wax, etc. . . . They even have combo specials which many places don't offer, say a nail fill and pedicure for $35!This is PASSION NAILS in Wind Gap, PA . . . . in the Giant shopping center on Male Road; they are very efficient and do nice work as many of the staff has been there as log as I can remember; just had my nails done and they look like natural nails; try this place and see for yourself. . . ask for Tommy, Loch and any of the nail gals!!!! Extremely disappointed in the quality of service and quality of the work done at Passion Nails in Wind Gap. I went there after not having my nails done in quite a long time and decided to pamper myself. I chose this location because I can go there right after work on my way home. These are my nails 3 days after getting them done. They are cracking and peeling off of my nail beds. The shape of each of them is completely different. My service was C rated at best. My hands and fingers don't relax so the employee was snapping his file against my hand to get them to "relax". Aside from that having them nearly peeling off after 3 days is completely unacceptable! I'm a forgiving person but at least put some effort into your quality of work if you're going to charge me for your services. I know my nail beds can be hard to work with and my cuticles are long but the lack of professionalism I encountered was ridiculous. Read Less

I have been to many nail places but this one by far is the worst! They don't take the time to do a good job very very sloppy. When I got my nails done they were not the same length and they weren't filed right. Would not recommend this place to anyone! Read Less

Worst salon I have ever been to. The other poster is correct, they leave acrylic and clear coat all over your skin. You literally have to go home and clean your own nails up. Hoping I can post a picture of the aftermath. I give up on that place. They never have a wait, now I know why. Read Less

Never go there...my nails look like someone glued chiclets on them.  4 hours for nail fill, polish and pedicure.  Never cleaned around my nails so skin full of nail polish.  4 different people worked on me.  Crazy!  Still $60 charge even though I complained.  They told me pay for fill and go elsewhere.  Never going back there again.  Shoddiest work I have ever seen! First off three different people worked on my nails, one would file, one would do acrylic and the guy finished them. Very impolite, kept pushing my hands to the side and complained about previous customer. Not even four days later my nails look horrible. Edges popping up and clumps of acrylic underneath the nail tips. Will never return, nor will I recommend! Read Less

I have been to many, many salons over the years. I had the worst experience of my life at this salon. They stated they could do lacquer nails. They striped my nails impatiently to the point of damage. They then proceeded to do lacquer and didn't have proper uv lighting. They restriped my nails again. The damage on my nails is so painful that they are on fire. Then the older female tech laughed and slopped the nail polish on which bubbled up. I will never step foot in that salon again! Read Less

This place is FANTASTIC, depending on who you get. It seems that every time I enter the salon I get a different nail technician. The first two guys I got were amazing. They took their time and did a great job on my nails and I was never happier. On the negative side, the last time I went I got a girl who really didn't do a great job. She rushed it and did a nasty-fasty and you could really tell. I was so upset with the job she did I had actually considered never going there again, but then I thought to myself, why not go there and just never let her do my nails. So I would definately recommend this place to anybody, but be careful and avoid that female technician and you'll walk out a happy customer. :) Read Less
