The owner did a nice job on my nails, but hurt me multiple times while clipping my toe nails. Then while getting my acrylic refill, she kept yelling at me about moving my hand ( not the one she was working on ) or leaning the wrong way or looking at my nails instead of looking at the TV. Couldn’t make her happy no matter what I did. And it took her forever to get my nails done. I sat there for like an hour and a half. It was the least relaxing mani/pedi I’ve had in a long time. Seriously grumpy lady.

My daughter and myself have been going to this nail salon for more than 5 years. They are very accommodating to our needs ,to the minute you walk in to the minute you leave. They do a fantastic job with nail designs. We won't go anywhere else in the valley. Love this place!

They are always able to fit my standards and can always do any design. The workers here are nice and social. I enjoy every time I come to crystal nails. 100% 10/10 flawless!

I went her to have acrylic nails put on. I did not like the way the place presented itself, I thought it looked cheap and the staff there was rather rude. I simply asked that they keep the length of the nails short and she that was apparently a big problem when she said " well the are acrylics, they should be long". Not only that but she made fun of the condition my nails were in when I first got there. It took them a long time to complete the entire process and I would not recommend this place.

The owner did a nice job on my nails, but hurt me multiple times while clipping my toe nails. Then while getting my acrylic refill, she kept yelling at me about moving my hand ( not the one she was working on ) or leaning the wrong way or looking at my nails instead of looking at the TV.
