If I could give this place 0 stars I would I had the worst experience in my life my pedicure was rushed and then the nail tech didn't know how to do nails I found myself telling her what to do my nails came out horrible and on top of that she cut my middle finger real bad. Her boss tried to fix my nails but did not and they still charged me 22 for my nails no discount nothing I came home and cut them off I'm never going here again . If you want a quality professional manicure, this is not the place to go. Mediocre job at best. Cuticles were not properly cut, no oil was used, and the polish was not applied to the bottom of the nail (not close to the cuticle at all.). There are 2 ladies here that I go to and would refer others to. The guy at the front counter runs the show though. He is very sweet- cute too. Lol he is very friendly and offers water and help when needed. They are a small faction, but good at what they do and they give wonderful little cards that get stamped at each visit for monies off the 10th visit. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, but the nail tech I had (I believe her name was Kim), could've taken a little more time to do a better job of filing. She filed all of my naturally square nails on a slant which made them look crooked. I had to ask for a file to fix them myself- which I know displeased her. Overall, the experience was ok. I was loving this place for the last two months. Now I'll never step foot back in there. First off, they are a lot more money than most places. A classic refill is 18$ but it includes the hand paraffin which is kinda cool. So I dealt with the $8 increase from my last place. Now I like the actual white tips, where the fake nail is actually white, so you don't have to worry about the polish chipping or anything- it just needs a clear coat on top! It's awesome. This place doesn't do that. Which, still, I was fine with.  So I went to my old place, got them to put the nails on and when it was time for the refill, I came back here.  The first time, they were a little confused but I walked them through it.  The white tips still get the same powder you're used to, and usually the pinkish clear coat and then a clear coat- nothing crazy.  So they did it that time and no problem- it was $18.  Then I went today.  I asked for the same thing. The SAME lady told me she had no idea what I was talking about. She gave me 6 different powders to choose from- all in Chinese- I had no idea which one was which.  I told her to just put the normal stuff on. So she did. Then I asked for the pinkish clear coat and she wanted to charge me $30 JUST for a clear coat!!  She said it's a special clear coat and she can't give it to me for the normal price.  It was literally what everyone uses for a French manicure.  I said absolutely not. So I left with no polish.  I'm SO mad at them. How is it that one week it's $18 and next week it's $30?  Even the receptionist was apologizing because it made no sense to him either. This woman that did my nails was so rude, stood up and screamed at me that there was no way she only did it for $18 before and she doesn't believe me.  Even when I showed her the receipt from last time, she still screamed at me and said there was no way. I got to say this nail salon is so much better then the ones near me I m so happy I use to work right next door and since I no longer work there I still go here to get my nails done I love this nail salon the best one in town and the people there are so wonderful and understand good English I love this one and will be sure to return Read Less

I have a very busy work schedule and find it hard to get to the nail salon during the work week. I yelped a nail salon that is open on Sunday's and came across this gem!!! I LOVE this place. Super clean, super friendly staff, great selection of colors for gel and regular polish. Prices are affordable and we didn't have to wait. I had Tammy do my pedicure and gel manicure and she did an amazing job! The wax wrap at the end felt amazing and made my hands super soft! I came in a 7 but didn't get to get my refill until 7:30 and that's when they close. They stayed open for me and I really appreciate that. They make sure all your nails are the same size and they even give you a little massage while your nails are drying. Very friendly staff and clean environment Read Less

I've been going here for about 3 years. It was convenient when I lived 5 mins away but moved about a year ago. I tried a few other places but didn't get the same great service I was getting at Pearl Nail Spa. However, the last few times that I've gone I've been very disappointed. No callus gel or oil used on my cuticles during my pedicure and rushing my acrylic refill. The last time she didn't even brush the filings off before she started my refill. I've also never had any issues with infections, fungus, warts...not this time. I had peeled my gel polish off one of my nails as it came up thinking I was going a few days later to get a refill anyway. I noticed a dark spot under the acrylic and immediately pulled the acrylic off knowing it was nail fungus. I've been treating it for a few days now so it's not as dark in the picture, but one of my other nails also had fungus. I've been trying to get them all off, it's painful, but I don't want to go and have them do it knowing their tools must not be that clean. Read Less

My daughter was doing trials to get her nails done for her wedding and tried here. She had a set done and everything was fine, she came back to have them filed in and they wanted to charge her extra for a top coat. Then she spent 45 minutes under the dryer and they still were not dry. She mentioned the fact that it was taking so long and they said that it because she didn't pay extra for the top coat. Where in the world does it take nail polish an hour to dry. She left becaus...e she had to go to get ready for work and before she even got home they were smudged and dented. She called them to tell them that they still weren't dry and they were ruined and they said it was fault that she didn't wait long enough. (Again where does it take an hour plus for nail polish to dry) She said she couldn't because of work and she could tomorrow but what was going to change whatever went wrong and they said you need to wait under the dryer and pay for a top coat. So she stopped in to show them what they looked like and they said we can do them over now but you need to pay for a top coat. This is not someone who have never had nails done before, their was obviously something wrong with their product and instead of checking into that or just fixing it with something else, they want to blame her and charge her more. 😡😡 Stay away if you want good customer service and honesty. I'm not from this area but my partner works near by and I needed a spa day before our vacation. I really feel like a new person, I got the Aroma Spa Pedicure and it was heaven. I also got a gel manicure which included a shoulder massage and lastly they stick your hand in this pearl wax life stuff. My hands are softer than ever! My gel manicures last 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. Every other place I have gone to, only last 2 weeks. Everyone is super friendly and I love the massage while your nails dry. I was going to my old nail place for the last 10+ years but I haven't been back there since I discovered Peal Nail Spa. They also have a ton of gel colors to choose from. Read Less
