I had been there several times in the last few months. The first and second time I was happy with the result. My nails were the correct shape and design was nice. I even brought my daughter to get her nails done twice. Although, the prices seemed to fluctuate depending on who is doing your nails. The last few times I went, the shape of my nails went from almond to round, and the painting was messy and patchy. The last time I visited, I waited for 45 minutes just for them to take 2 people that came after me first, who DID NOT have an appointment. I spoke up and was basically told "oh well". I ended up getting my nails done at another place, probably before I would have even been in a chair there. She had to ask me what shape they were supposed to be because they were so jacked up. Im giving them 2 stars bc prior to my last visit, they were always really nice and there are people there that are capable of doing good nails. If they cant keep track of who comes in first they should have a different system.

First time coming here & i left with 3 crooked nails. And i came in for a fill. Not to happy about that but they are reasonably priced and have a good color selection

I went there today for the first time & I had a good experience! My nails look great & they were done fast! The women who did my nails was polite & friendly & the atmosphere was very comfortable! I’m so happy I stopped at Xpress nails today because that’s where I’ll be going from here on out!

Good service, nice people, but my manicure was filled with tiny bubbles. I had already been there for an hour or I would have asked for it to be redone. I've gotten bubbles doing my own nails before with old polish but never from a professional.

I have never had a bad experience here! I've been a patron at this salon for about 7 years and have gotten nothing but excellent service and high quality service. The owner, Anthony, knows everyone by name! Tina is great with mani's, pedi's, and waxing! The entire atmosphere is welcoming and they go above and beyond for their clients!

Went here today for mani pedi wax, fantastic!. Loved how Jen did my eyebrows, just how i wanted them. Im 8 months pregnant and they were very attentive to my needs. I will definitely return

if I could give a zero or a negative # I would, that's how bad my experience with this salon has been. Be advised this salon has kept the same name, but, closed/reopened & changed hands/ownership many times in the last 10 yrs., when Mimi was there. Now "Anthony", who has worked in every salon in Wyoming Valley, supposedly is the current owner. This salon is not current with Pa State Licensure re: Cosmetology training/educational requirements, inspections, etc. Also, I've had mani/pedi locally for 20+ yrs. & NEVER been injured/cut with a GRINDER? type file used for this pedi in Jan 2014. To be brief: non-English speaking male cut my foot so badly he couldn't stop the bleeding, resulted in 2 Podiatry appts., 10-day antibiotic for infection & X-ray of foot. Unable to wear normal shoes to work for 8 weeks! (Also, upon limping out of salon the day of appt., I asked to speak w/owner-mgr. to show him the injured area. Response was "I'll take $5.00 off the price".) I was aghast at the unconcerned attitude after I sat in pain & was expected to pay for the experience. I did end up not being charged for the Pedi, only the gel nail fill. Beware & read anything "very closely" that may LOOK like a Pa State Licensure Certificate hanging on the wall.......

I had been there several times in the last few months. The first and second time I was happy with the result. My nails were the correct shape and design was nice. I went there today for the first time & I had a good experience! My nails look great & they were done fast! The women who did my nails was polite & friendly & the atmosphere was very comfortable! I’m so happy I stopped at Xpress nails today because that’s where I’ll be going from here on out!

I have never had a bad experience here! I've been a patron at this salon for about 7 years and have gotten nothing but excellent service and high quality service. The owner, Anthony, knows everyone by name! Tina is great with mani's, pedi's, and waxing! The entire atmosphere is welcoming and they go above and beyond for their clients!

Be advised this salon has kept the same name, but, closed/reopened & changed hands/ownership many times in the last 10 yrs., when Mimi was there.
