I went for a pedicure and was convinced of get a manicure (against my better judgement).... welp I should have listened to myself bc as the pictures indicate... my polish chipped in less than 24 hours. I went back to the salon and the guy had the nerve to make it seem like it was my fault and I should have gotten gel. How professional and rude. Despite offering to fix my nails he still went on about how I should expect them to chip because it was regular polish on regular nails. NO! What your tech should have done was use a BASE coat when I asked about it and a BETTER QUALITY top coat! I work for the largest beauty company in the world and this is sure considered sub par quality and work.  I was so annoyed I left the shop without them fixed and went and bought the color to do myself... smdh.... Not only that I had to ask the tech to remove the polish he left on skin on both my fingers and toes. ... also had to ask for a third coat of polish on my toes bc it was streaky and he again didn't use a base coat. Did my nails great the first time, but the second time was rushed, my fingers swollen the next day, uneven nail Polish just because they wanted to leave. Not to mention that i had 4 people doing my nails, 4 different prices. Read Less

Waited over an hour and a half and was ignored while people who came in AFTER me were already leaving (with nails done). I eventually left even though they made me take off my own nail polish- then was ignored. They didn't care that they were losing a customer. They are unsanitary and have overcharged me numerous times. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Read Less

I've been coming to Queen Nails since I was in high school, and not once was I ever disappointed in the work they did. Always plenty of staff on hand so wait time is never too long, and everyone is very skilled and very friendly. I always come out with what I want from there, and the prices are great too! I went to another salon recently and ended up back at Queen's to have my nails fixed because the other salon was just awful, unprofessional, under staffed, and extremely rude, and the staff at Queen's not only gave me a whole new set and a beautiful gel color, but the exact shape that I like.
