Had terrible experience here.  I should have waited for one of the two people I always go to but they were busy.  The older male never did my nails before and I would never go back to him, in fact, I'm not going here anymore.  He was lazy, just doing the minimum.  Couldn't even paint the polish on the nail.  When I went to leave, one of the ladies was even trying to clean the polish off my skin.   Gosh, what was I thinking.  Total waste of money.  Good bye. I typically stick to what I know. However, my friend needed some girl time so we went somewhere closer to her. I hate giving one stars but when you're treated bad then you have a duty to inform other patrons. This was my first time at this establishment and I will not be back. We weren't greeted and no one wanted to work on us. We simply wanted manicures. My friend got a full set and I got a gel manicure. The gentleman that took care of me was older and wearing glasses. He was sitting at booth number one. I am aware that every nail salon does a different procedure with gel. The way that it's done here is they use the drill like they do for full set nails. Then they take more of the nail off with the little buffer. For the drying portion they use a hand-held set that has a 60 sec timer and is not sensitive enough to turn back on. In between hands the gentleman would yell and push my hands. He was very rude and I felt uncomfortable. I finished getting my nails done and loved MY color choices but it was not worth the $30 I paid. It was a piss poor job and I wish we never walked in. I really like going to this place after trying several others when we moved. My daughter loves the little girls chairs and the kids pedicure and manicure package!! Best leg massage of any around and plenty of chairs to accommodate parties! Read Less

Got nail fungus here on my toe. They DO NOT CLEAN  tubs out with any kind of cleaner, they just rinse out.  They are a little cheaper than most so I think that's why people keep going back but fungus takes a LONG time to get rid of! Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!! I BEG of you! I went yesterday afternoon for a pink & white fill; almost 30 minutes into the service the technician LEAVES to go pick his son up from school! Can you believe it?  After out 8-10 minutes I asked if anyone was going to FINISH this service - NOT one person acknowledged my question!!!???  Finally over 15 minutes go by with me just SITTING there - can't leave since the nails were not close to being done!  Then he had the guts charge me full price - I told him I'd pay but nowhere near the price!  This is a $35 service - there are too many nail salons for this type of behavior!  I beg you do NOT patron this place - there are at least five more salons on Perry Highway alone!!!!!!  It was clear they didn't care I was upset - he commented I was only one customer - WELL this customer is making sure every social media knows of this experience!!!! Hello, I visited VIP yesterday at 2:00 for a fill on my ACRYLIC nails. I have been coming to this salon for about three months; approximately twice a month. I have always had the acrylic nails; not the solar. HOWEVER, yesterday when she gave me the total she said $20 - not the normal $15. I asked her why $20 and she said she put on solar. She knew I wasn't happy but did nothing to fix the situation. I suggest that you make sure you TELL your nail technician before you start which you want; although I think THEY should ask before they start. Try and avoid Beth, that is who I had yesterday.
