I've driven past this place a zillion times and went in for the first time today. Cindy and Kevin have just gained a loyal customer. Cindy did a fantastic job on my nails. Both her and Kevin are very personable and attentive. Yes it is a small salon with just Cindy and Kevin performing all services, but they take their time and will remember you as a client. It's a nice change from the other salons that seem to change manicurists often. Highly recommended!! Read Less

I was a walk in appointment and I was very lucky that that the person did not show up for the scheduled appointment.  Kevin was kind and let me know that appointments are a good idea since the shops gets busy.  I am glad to see a shop that actually follows through with appointment times.  Kevin did my pedicure and he did a really nice job.  He took his time and he was hilarious to talk to through out the process.  Kevin and Cindy's kids were sweet as well.  I loved watching the little boy help out an older customer get out of the chair and hand her belongings. This is THE BEST nail salon in Pittsburgh! You should try it and find out for yourself.  Cindy is so talented, her skills will blow you away! My mother and I have been going to Lucky nails for years. Cindy and Kevin are so kind and welcoming. Cindy's nail art is always phenomenal. Can't give a review on service but I should mention they do not take walk-ins despite the "Walk-Ins Welcome!" sign on the door. One 3 separate occasions I have tried to get an appointment and offered to wait but they tell me they are too busy (there were 2 other people there...) and they hustle you out the door.
