Got my nails done here today. I don’t normally post things like this but it was the worst experience I’ve ever had . The male did my nails & they were too short, when i specifically asked for longer nails. I tried saying something but he didn’t understand . I got my toes done after he rushed my nails.. I said something to the lady about it and she was annoyed. The guy flipped on me & i told him straight up “you rushed” . The lady told me “next time , i guess i’ll do them” & she tried fixing the disaster, but I’m still not pleased. There won’t be a “next time”. They rushed me out of there before my toes dried & now I have to redo them for my vacation. I was still nice enough to tip them. $100 down the drain. Read Less

Used to always get my nails done here and always liked them. Dont know if ill go back after calling and getting a rude lady on the phone who acted annoyed and bothered to answer my simple questions. When she did answer me she was pretty rude. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on. Shouldnt have people who sound like they hate their job answering the phone. Read Less

NEVER GO HERE I was on holiday, I had only had my nails on for a week and they started snapping,m. I then had to pay money out in America to get them fixed. The next day another on snapped and later that day they got caught in a towel... I passed a towel to my brother.. not with any force... just simply passed it to him. The nails got slightly caught in them and it ripped them off along with my actual nail. Blood was dripping everywhere it had taken the skin off underneath a...swell. I went in to speak to them about it the other day and they were so rude to me. There designs are very pretty but they are so rude and the nails are not applied properly! DO NOT GO HERE. I had the remaining nails taken off at a 5 star spa hotel in LA and they told me that they were applied appallingly and it was because they had put too much product on the tip and not enough on the base so when they got slightly caught, they just ripped off. The fact that they were so rude to me when I went back to explain what happened. They told me ‘once you leave here it’s not our fault’ and ‘it’s our policy not to give refunds’ and yes I understand that but when I have been caused injury like that then I think the policy should be changed. Thought it was a nice place until they show their true colors. They sell gift certificates and then don't honor them and even change the value when someone comes in to use their gift certificate. A business that raises prices still has to honor the gift certificate at the time of purchase and not ask for more money unless a service had been added to it such as acrylic, nails fancy tips etc. The most important thing is that there are no expiration dates on gift certificates when purchased with money credit card or debit card. The only time they could put an expiration date on a gift certificate is if they had donated to a fundraiser then they have the right to put a date. It is illegal to put expiration dates on gift certificates. Read Less
