When My sister and I first walked into the shop we were not greeted in a friendly manner, that is a huge part of your business, a warm friendly welcome. My sister had her nails done beautifully (that I will say) by a tech that was on the phone for most of the appt, talking to her boyfriend about going to jail. I had a pedicure, which probably was the WORST I have ever had. It lasted MAYBE 10 minutes, my toenails are sharp and the paint is smeared after sitting under the light and fan for majority of my sisters full set. The man did not even touch the heel of my foot nor the part I walk on the most. I was so thrilled to find something so close to my home to be able to get to easily. They ruined it for themselves! I am done going there. Every time, they did not give me what I asked for. The woman is very nice. The man is rough. Prices were different every time I went. Sometimes $45! I called Saturday morning at 10am made an appointment for myself and my two daughters. They were able to accommodate us and did two full nail sets, acrylic and solar. A manicure on my 6 yr old and pedicures for everyone. I will say you should schedule in advance bc they have a lot of people trying to come in and have a very small staff. In the past I managed to ignore the behavior of the children running around the shop because of the wonderful job with my nails, but my last visit was very unsatisfactory. The girl that was giving me a pedicure got up and left me 5 times in the middle of my session: once to greet her husband/boyfriend, once to pack her children's belongings, once to find the belongings that her husband/boyfriend couldn't find, and twice to go outside and smoke. She also stopped to use the phone to call her husband/boyfriend about something in their child's backpack. I spent a good 30 minutes of my pedicure just sitting there, and she did not do a very good job trimming/shaping my nails or removing the dead skin. I could have done this pedicure at home and saved myself the money and hassle.This salon is turning into a day care center rather than a nail salon. There were 4 young children there that day that constantly needed tending to. I work with children all day, and the last thing I want to listen to when I am trying to enjoy a pedicure is children running around and screaming. I will not be returning. Read Less
