Worst place ever .!! I was having a really rough day and was on the sad/crying side, I shopped in Walmart and just wanted to relax and get my eyebrows and nails done. Walked in and the women that greeted me seemed very rushy. I sat down and asked how much is eyebrows she told me 10 dollars (not from Pitts.so to me that was a little pricy) I said ohh that's a little bit high but okay. She said yeah do u want come back, I told her no that's just different to me but I still want my eyebrows done that's okay I'll pay. She insisted I come back and I told her no thank you I'm here in the chair I would like to still do my eyebrows . She starred at me and so no I think I want u to come back. I asked her why and she just walked away from me and went back to what she was doing. I was sitting in the chair for like 2 min because I didn't think she was serious and then I just got up and left. I was looking to have a permanent place to go to so they just lost a returning customer. Read Less

The people there are not consistent. There were two different people doing my nails, which was just a fill, and one of them had no idea what he was doing. I asked for matte top coat, and that didn't happen. The only good thing is that they are cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. I'll never go back. Read Less

About a year ago I would have given 5 stars! After my expierence tonight, no way! I spent almost 60.00 on gel nails that chipped after walking out of the salon. I spoke with Julia/Julie who said I asked for white gel tips, No, I wanted white built nails. I am suppose to go back and they will fix if I pay. I do not see this as a solution. Please do your research for yourself before paying a high amount for nails. Pictures posted below! Update: I went back today and my nails were fixed, at first I was told I was going to have to pay an extra $20. After I explained that I would put a charge dispute on my debit card Julie then backed off and decided to do my nails. I did sign a waiver saying that I would not dispute the charges because she said that there was no guarantee that I would not do that once I left. I explained I am a woman of God and a person of my word; I willingly signed a piece of paper stating that I would not dispute charges from the original $55 that was charged for the first set of nails that were messed up. The only other part was I had to tip the gentleman who had to come in just to do my nails. They used to be fantastic and they're only 3 I believe that can do a pink white set, which is what I tried to explain and somewhere along the way communication lines are crossed. I would give them another shot, but also again just do your research, talk to them to see if maybe this is somebody you mesh with because this is actually going to have to be a personal choice. Very bad experience. Terrible customer service. I had a gel manicure and pedicure done on Saturday. Very bad job, did not file my nails, gel manicure had clumps in the polish, lines on the french polish were uneven. I went back on Monday to ask what they could do to help. Julie, who appeared to be in charge said my nails were fine and if they did then again they would look the same. She then started yelling in her ethnic language, I could not understand anything she was saying. I was a loyal customer for five years. I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but I expected good customer service to rectify it but Julie denied me. I will not go there again, I recommend that you do not either. If they cannot rectify when something is wrong, but happily took my money, do not go! Read Less

Awesome place to get your nails done. I get pedicures and what they call "solar nails". I am never unhappy when I leave. The staff is awesome and very friendly. They honestly want you to look and feel good! Read Less
