Horrible horrible horrible. If I could give them -0 stars I would my daughter's and I stopped to get our feet done 2 of our tubs we filled with cold water twice I had to ask for new water, both times they told me the water was fine. They charge you 50 for gel polish no no no which is regular pedi at 27 so 33 extra for gel polish. GTHOH. The tech had an attitude rushed thru our pedi after they made us wait 10 minutes to seat us. Rushed pedicure, my tech cut my toe with the cuticle trimmer and then asked for payment while my daughter's tech wasn't done. My water was cold and my daughter's was too hot to put her feet in. Toes look like my 10 year old cousin did them.Than my nails she was so quick she didn't check to see if the length of a nails were close to same some of them are cricket. My gel nail polish has bubbles not happy at all. One thing she was great at was my eyebrows they were perfect. Probably won't go back prices are are too high for half ass nails. Read Less

Absolutely awful. The owner did my refill and gel polish. I should have walked out when I saw the Polish color selections. The refill was done well but the paint job was awful. If I could give it a zero i would.  Bare minimum...was told every little thing is extra $.  On top of 57$ for mani/pedi! Was told $50 on top of that for gel polish on toes! Heard them tell another customer that the color she wanted (regular polish) costs $5 extra!  Sloppy work is giving a compliment. Old crusty gel polish equipment. No foot/ hand massage. TERRIBLE!  This was the WORST! Experience....I went in for a spa pedicure with gel polish.  The tech (I'm being nice) butchered me.... cut my toe nail crooked and then tried to fix it then filed it below the nail quick!Then when I told her that it was wrong  .... everyone  started talking in a foreign language...then she asked me what color.... That was the WORST experience I have ever had! I took my mom here to get a pedicure, I figured we could try a new place. Well I made an appointment, and when we got there they called us back within 10 minutes. That is great and all but when we were called back we sat in the pedicure area for 30 MINUTES before anyone approached us.. with ICE COLD WATER, the jets were NOT on, it was just ridiculous. The woman who did my moms feet, did not even say one word to her, she didn't even say that she was finished, she just got up and walked away. Then the man doing my feet was digging under my toe nails like he was looking for a pot of gold! My big toe started to bleed, he kept staring at my chest which I find very inappropriate, and then we were "finished", my moms nail polish wasn't even smooth is was rigged, and there was nail polish on her skin around her toes, and the woman didn't even fully fill in some of the toenails.. I was taken back right away to get my eyebrows waxed...no wait at all. The lady was very nice. She did an OK job on my eyebrows...didn't really shape them at all but I don't look like a wolf anymore. She massaged my head a little when she put the moisturizer on my eyebrows so that was really nice. Not TOTALLY happy with how my eyebrows look, but not awful. It was also $9 for eyebrow waxing. Went for a mani-pedi on a Saturday afternoon and it was surprisingly quiet. The decor is very spa like and incredibly clean. They keep their auto-clave out in the open so you can see sterilized equipment and tools are being used. The team here is very polite and pay attention to detail. The pedicure includes a hot stone massage and I can honestly say it's the best pedicure I've ever had. I will definitely be going back again!! Read Less

Its always the same thing with them. They always tell you that you need a new set of nails, no matter how new your nails are!! If you don't fall for this little scam, then they overcharge you for your refill. After paying $35 for a refill today, they lost a few good customers. Read Less
