Tried this place recently while visiting the area.  Only two employees were working.  I had a gel manicure done but technician kept getting up very few minutes to attend to other customers and tasks.  A few other ladies got pedicures started during my manicure.  The tech would paint a coat on my nails, paint a coat on someone else's nails, answer the phone and then pretty much repeat; bouncing all other the place!  The results were sloppy and rushed and my cuticles were all torn up afterwards from careless, unnecessary cutting.  I hadn't read review before trying this place, which is on me. This is one of my absolute favorite salons to get a pedicure. They are always accommodating! I'm usually the last one there on Saturdays because of my work schedule. They filed down my finger. Not one but two. I had my friend over there too and she got her fingers cut. Not only that but they were rushing and took like a hour to serve us! Looking at my friends finger nail it's way more pointed up then it should be. These were acrylic nails so there's no way to fix it ATM. Painting job was kind of rushed but good enough for only two or three bubbles that's why I didn't give it a -1. Wow, if I could give zero stars I totally would. I had an appointment to get my nails done at 4:30 & I arrived 5 minutes early then they had me wait 20 minutes before the started me (Apparently only one girl does atypical nails there).  I got a refill and asked them to freshen up the shape of my nails.  I asked for coffin shaped nails and came out with half of them looking square, and one filed 2cm shorter then the rest. To which the lady doing my nails laughed and said "it can be only us who knows" instead of correcting it even after asking twice if she could fix it. She claimed she couldn't fix it because she had another appointment waiting, & on top of al of this my pinkie nail broke in half tonight! I can't believe I paid $30 for a refill when I'm going to have to go to another salon so they can actually do what I asked for & do it correctly.  The people were very nice but I am furious I paid for a service that was so terrible. Horrible place. I gave 1 star only for their pedicure services. I went their for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Pedicure was okay but my manicure turned out very ugly. I had shown her a picture for a beautiful two-tone french tip that I wanted with different colors for my courthouse wedding and she ruined it. Firstly, she misunderstood what I showed her and then I explained her again and showed her the picture again but she did not do a good job. My nails looked horrible. It was such a waste of money. It would have been better if I just applied a nail color myself at home. Apart from her services, there were a few other customers so she was in a hurry to finish up as soon as possible and she removed unnecessary cuticles from my thumb and it started bleeding which of course she just ignored and did not even apologized for it. I have been to so many nail salons in the area, and I finally found BeBe Nails. This nail salon is awesome! I got a gel manicure and it's lasted longer than any other place. This salon is very clean, and they took very good care of me! Definite 5 star in my book! Read Less

I got a full set of acrylics, and they were the worst I have ever gotten. They were all different lengths, crooked, and uneven. My fingers were red and irritated from being ground down by the file. The worst salon experience of my life. Read Less

Terrible service. Went in for the first time and took a friend with me to get the $20 acrylics special. The lady that did my nails was so rude, and she kept complaining about how long I wanted my nails, even when I told her I was gonna pay whatever the difference was. When my friend and I left the nail salon we talked about the service, and my friend stated that the lady who did hers (her nails) was rude as well. Hands down .. One of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. I jut moved to the area and thought I would try this place because of the good reviews. I went in for a full set ... They looked HORRIBLE!!!!! They literally charged men$40 for the most disgusting acrylic nails I've ever seen!! I went here and was the ONLY customer-all I wanted was a toe trim,shape,and buffing. After having to say no to the ups sells--manicure,pedicure,the nail tech spent oh,two minutes trimming and filing. I said could I have them buffed. She rolled her eyes and asked me to walk,barefoot,across their floor to another chair for an electric buffing. I asked for flip flops and she rolled her eyes again and I had to explain I wasn't going to walk barefoot on their floor. She then put the buffer on THE FLOOR while she  looked for a towel to put over the trash can I was told to put my foot up on! She Then rinsed my feet and said ok you done--I had to ask for a towel to dry my feet to put my shoes on. A regular customer was on there by that point--I can't fathom the have people actually return to this salon!! When I got home I took my socks of and saw jagged,uneven edges on my nails. Unreal! Came here for a pedicure! It was very reasonably priced, payment was easy, and everyone was on time. Everything looked fantastic, and the salon was clean and well decorated. I have a convention coming up so I wanted to have great looking nails. I've never had gel nails before but decided on a whim to get them----and I totally love them! Bebe Nails was super clean inside and did not have that overwhelming chemical smell that most salons have. I really liked this place and will come back! The gold glitter gel nails are so adorable! My favorite nail salon! I've been meaning to write a review for this place. I'm a regular at the salon and every time I come here, I leave feeling fresh and pretty. This place is probably the best nail salon I've been to (and I've been to many). The salon is extremely clean and the staff is friendly and talented. They have many gel colors to choose from. I usually get my nails done with a nice tech! She's an all around wonderful person. So sweet, accommodating, and meticulous. She really takes extra care to make sure that my nails look great and the quality is good. And she always picks the prettiest colors for my nails. Absolutely loved and adored my nails but the only bad thing was that it was way too expensive. I did gel black French tips with 2 designs and the total was $100 but since I loved it so much and got such great service I tipped a lot as well. My nails lasted 3 weeks without messing up and I got more compliments that I could've counted. The time and dedication taken to make my nails perfect were definitely noticeable and I really love this place a lot I just wish this prices were less or there were birthday discounts or something. I would definitely come back for an *extremely* important occasion but not for just a mani pedi day :/ but if you have a special occasion I really recommend this place! What a waste of money. Went for a simple manicure and couldn't have been more disappointed in the entire experience. The lady ignored me, especially whee a frequent customer came in. I was rushed (15 minute max mani??) and my nails looked terrible. Not to mention they started peeling at the cuticle the very next day. Stay away. Read Less

I feel bad that I'm the only person to review this business and it's a negative one but my experience here was so awful that I feel that it's necessary.I had some time to kill before meeting a friend for dinner so I went in to get my nails done at Bebe Nails for the first time. I got my usual manicure with gel polish. The technician who did my nails barely spoke to me (which isn't a big deal) and between drying, she would go lounge in the pedicure chairs and watch tv. That part was odd to say the least. But most of all, the quality of my manicure was awful - streaky and bubbly. She just didn't seem to care about the quality of her work. Disappointed that I paid $30 + tip for sub-par service and results. Never again.  Walked in at 9:15 (place opened at 9) and only one person working till 9:30-on the day before Thanksgiving.  Was given a bowl of acetone to keep my hand in for 10 minutes to remove the gel polish.  I have not seen this in years--most salons put tin foil around the nail.  Not here!  Got to inhale the stuff for 10 minutes.  Then, got a full set of white and pink acrylics.  When paying, the woman decided that the POSTED price of $40 was not enough-she charged me $45 AND she added a $5 "removal" fee which is not posted anywhere for when you are having another set put on.  In fact, no other salon charges a removal of gel nail polish when putting on a full set.  So $50 for something everyone else charges $40 for.  She also never filed the inside of the nail so there is tons of gunk that is now solid between my finger and my nail.  Finally, she broke the skin of my finger when using the file.  The pain-more than stinging--kind of an ache--lasted for days.  I began to think I had a serious infection.
