Highly recommend. I would definitely return. Wonderful staff. Gigi did my manicure and pedicure and she is great. She made sure I approved my nail color before proceeding. She made sure my nails were dry before leaving. Gave it 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) place did not smell 2)organized nail polish (wall of OPI and ESSIE) 3)nail polish section was organized by color so it was easy to browse through 4) quick and great.

Worst pedi ever. Looked as if I had a child gave me the pedicure. Dry skin left behind on the bottom of my feet, paint was sloppy and she didn't even bother to rub in the lotion she left on my legs or...
Worst pedi ever. Looked as if I had a child gave me the pedicure. Dry skin left behind on the bottom of my feet, paint was sloppy and she didn't even bother to rub in the lotion she left on my legs or pull my pant leg back down.Manicure was no better. I had to file my own nails to actually achieve the shape I asked for which was just square. She just kept rounding them.... wtf!? So sadly I did it myself. And she didn't even give me a hand massage.... grrrrr! Not a single drop of lotion... nothing! Just an overall bad experience. I believe the ladies name was Judy. So request someone other then her if you dare patron this place. I will never be going back.

Iv been to a lot of salons, but hands down this is the best ever , nice ppl great treatment . My nails and feet look great and feel wonderful. Im from north Dakota but I'll be back worth the drive ....

I stopped in Polish salon for a very quick manicure. My newborn was at home and I was pressed for time, so I got their "express manicure" and was not disappointed. It was quick and my nails looked amazing. The salon was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The woman that did my nails even invited me to bring my newborn along next time, and informed that they are a "fume - free " salon. I'm so happy I found this gem in my neighborhood.

My favorite place in the Metro and possibly the state!!! It's taken me a long time to find a salon like this! And finally, after years of mediocre performances, I have found the diamond in the ruff! They even squeezed me in on New Year's Eve with 2 of my friends and gave us a royal treatment. It was very affordable and I'm still showing off the designs!!! Best nail salon ever!!

This place wasn't bad. The girls are very friendly, the prices were normal. The pedicure was good. But the place wasn't very clean. I came here when they first opened on a weekday. There was a crumpled up thing of tinfoil on the ground. The chairs armrest needed to be cleaned. Which made me questions the whole places cleanliness.

I am a huge fan of Polished Salon. The nail artists are all nice girls who work meticulously; they care about their clients' satisfaction. You have to make an appointment, as the salon is small and can't usually accommodate walk-ins, but I've never had any trouble making an appointment at a convenient time for my schedule.

Don't bother scheduling an appointment online. I made an appointment for 2:00 today. When I showed up, they looked at me like I had 5 heads when I gave my name and appointment time. The woman proceeded to tell me that they were behind and I would have to come back tomorrow. I ended up walking down the street to Wayne nails on South Wayne Ave and was taken immediately for a manicure with no wait.

Finally found my fave nail salon in Wayne! I have lived in Wayne for a year. This place has also been here about a year but I had no idea it was here. I have been wasting my time at other establishments. It is in the basement level so hard to see from the street. It really is a hidden gem. I frequented the one in Trolley square when I lived in Wilmington and this one is equally great. Staff was a pleasure to interact with. The space is decorated really well. My pedicure was top notch. Will be coming regularly.

Polished Salon is a hidden gem for your nails and sanity. I had a really great experience and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The large selection of nail polish was great. I got a gel mani and pedi and I'm officially hooked. One of the great things about this salon compared to other is they do not cut the cuticles on your fingers so your hands look so natural and soft. I'm def coming back again.
