The woman that waited on me was rude. While working on my nails, she took various calls. I told her I was in a rush. She seemed annoyed and frustrated the whole time. I asked for acrylics and she them too short. On top of that, she only put one coat on my nail. Should've just asked for the half set. I would've done a better job painting my nails than her. Here's a tip, avoid any nail salon that says "( location) nails and spa" you won't get luck with those. Read Less

The pedicure chairs are terrible here. I'm 5'6"  I the rollers were above my head. I tried just turning the chair off but then it makes you sit straight up. I realize the paper is to keep the chair clean but it crackles the entire time. It's very annoying. Not a very good pedicure My feet were clean but I had been wearing socks so fuzz was stuck under my toes. She never got it out so when she went to get the towels I used my fingernails to get it out. She then said she would do it for me and finally used the tool to clean around & under my toes. Is this one still owned by Lan? It's not up to the old standards. Read Less

My First time at Devon Nails was awful. She was just rushing through the whole thing and taking and making a variety of calls and although I was being patient, I was hoping that my patience would pay off to a great result. But that was not the case, I was left with streaky,square nails when I asked for almond square and when asked to fix I got an attitude and " oh you can barely see it it's nothing" "there's nothing there" super annoyed at the fact that instead of simply fixing the rushing errors, I get an attitude. When She finally "fixed it" she used the wrong color on the nails that needed to be fixed instead of a deep red or burgundy she ended up using a dark purple so now I have a hideous mix of burgundy, purple and cream on my nails which I noticed as soon as I got home and I do not live a close distance from that nail salon so returning back to Devon Nails in the same night was not an option. I was charged $40 for the nail job plus I still gave her a $5 tip, to come home and realize she did a terrible job anyway. I am extremely disappointed! Read Less
