DO NOT GO HERE FOR EYE BROWS!
I went to their shop today and the lady who did my eye brows had an attitude from the start. I explained to her that I have a scar on my eyebrow and I usually take all the hair from underneath it. This leaves my eyebrows thin and not as long, but it looks clean and doesn't draw attention to my scar. She shook her head as if she understood and proceeded to wax them. When she gave me the mirror I kindly explained to her that she left hair under my scar leaving it noticeable. She argued with me that she couldn't take anymore hair or they would be uneven. I showed her the thin strip of hair I was talking about and she rolled her eyes tweezed a little more and then again argued she could do no more. I told her that I usually go to a lady in Belle Vernon who had no issue and I kindly told her that I was leaving! She was unprofessional, unkind, and could not understand what her customer (me) wanted!

First time, and I won't go back. The male tech in the back was too sure of himself. I could immediately tell if I made a negative comment, he would make my nails worse. My legs hurt from how rough he was massaging, and he actually pulled my nuckles out massaging my fingers. Never experienced anything like it. My finger and toe nails were uneven when I left plus I had top coat clear gel on the skin around and under my finger nails I had to peel off.

Not really one to ever give a bad review but my nails look awful. All I can say is it looks like a 10 year old did them. I've literally been hiding them! The shape is completely messed up. The nails on the opposite hands are totally different lengths. The design is so half assed. I will never go back. Hopefully this saves some of you the trouble. For someone who has been doing nails for 18 years I would expect so much more. Don't get me wrong, she was super nice. But I didn't pay $50 for someone to be nice. Can't wait to get them taken off and redone in the morning!!!

Got mani and pedis with my daughter. The Pedicure was nice and felt good but I am left dissatisfied with the quality of my nails. I wanted French tip acrylics but they just filed my real nails and painted them. My daughter got fakes and they are bumpy and the color is uneven. My nails look like I did them myself. I was charge $160 for the both of us. I don't feel like I got what I paid for. I will not be returning.

The owner did my nails and my pedi.. she's fabulous. really did a great job. I did pink and white on my nails and it lasted about 3 weeks. my pedi was fabulous, even though I think she was purposely tickling my feet. (my feet are extremely sensitive and I usually have the entire salon laughing, because I can't sit still). the first time I went in there was no wait at all, the next 2 times I went in, it was a short wait and Tracy asked if I wanted to sit in the massage chairs while I waited.. (well of course) All 3 times I have had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this spa..

Clean, friendly, knowledgable staff, no excessively long waits -- what more could you ask for? This nail salon is great! Their gel manis last for-ev-er. I have a bad habit of picking and peeling mine I stead of having them removed like I'm supposed to, but I couldn't even get this one to budge. No chipping at all! Their deluxe pedi is awesome, too... And they use rasps! (Those cheese grater-like things that get the dead skin off your feet like nobody's business.) My feet felt soft, moisturized, and ready for summer after a pedi. The polish also hasn't chipped at all after a month, which is pretty darn impressive, because it's not even gel! Bonus tip: you can byob if you want. ;)

I went to their shop today and the lady who did my eye brows had an attitude from the start. I explained to her that I have a scar on my eyebrow and I usually take all the hair from underneath it. The owner did my nails and my pedi.. she's fabulous. really did a great job. I have a bad habit of picking and peeling mine I stead of having them removed like I'm supposed to, but I couldn't even get this one to budge. No chipping at all! Their deluxe pedi is awesome, too...
