Worst service ever. Pedicure with nearly no massage, just ran her nails down my legs and across the bottom of my feet. Was very painful. Ignored my friend who needed a polish change. Seemed put out that we were even there and it was not near closing time. Charged me $93 for a mani/pedi which is insane...then ran my card for $168. The numbers aren't even similar. Seems like a scam. Nails look terrible today...gel is all stuck to my cuticles. Will not go back. Read Less

This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. They didnt speak much english which made it hard to communicate my needs. They forgot about my mani. They tried to make me sit at a different table other than next to the friend i came with.the pedicure included almost no massaging which i what you pay for vs a simple polish change.they overcharged my friend and also accidently ran her card for $160!Never going back. I was in town for a wedding and in desperate need of a manicure! This salon is particularly conveniently located if you're staying at one of the many nearby hotels (which I was).The salon is clearly brand new - the decor is beautiful and very clean. Although they were packed full on Friday afternoon when I first stopped in, they were very friendly and quickly booked me an appointment for the next morning shortly after opening.On the other hand, maybe because they are so new, their polish selection was a bit wanting. The gel selection looked pretty comprehensive, but the regular polish selection was not as large as I hoped - though they had a good range of colors, so while you may not find the exact color you want, you'll probably find something you'll like.Unfortunately, my nail tech was... ok. She asked me what shape I wanted (square), but seemed to forget halfway through my left hand, when she shaped two of my nails into decidedly round shapes. Rather than try to fix those two nails, she went back and rounded out all of my nails without saying a thing. I also had to point out multiple pieces of lint which got into my wet polish, and when she cleaned up the polish that had gotten on my skin, she accidentally took a bit of the polish off my nail with it.One note - they accept credit cards but appear to only accept cash tips (at least, my nail tech said I couldn't tip on my card).2 stars for my nail tech (whose name I can't remember - an older woman), 4 stars for the salon itself, so 3 stars for the overall experience. This salon is truly an oasis. Brand new and very clean inside, decorated simply & beautifully. The nail techs have all been wonderful. I request Jessica every time I go in because she does such an amazing job on my nails and she always remembers her clients. Which is always appreciated since she sees so many. I don't always treat myself to a mani/pedi, but when I do I go to Touche II. Read Less
