I always go here . very clean and very affordable place. They always do a great job. I have been going here for a year now and no other place can do as good as them. I find a picture online and show it to them and they do factually what it looks like. There's only one or two people who work there that are ruff and not very nice. There is one employee who is very nice and friendly I try to recommend her but she's always busy. It defiantly worth the drive to Washington . I have went other places because they were closer to me and I regretted it every time. They have a clean place and very sanitary. They are usually busy but if you go on a week day it isn't that bad. I am freaking out. I recently moved to Washington, PA, and haven't been to a nail salon yet. I was out and about today and saw this place and decided to stop in for a manicure... first off, she had to ask me a few times what I wanted and I just kept saying manicure, then she said to sit down. She asked me if I wanted them clipped down and I said no, I just clipped them yesterday and that she may have to just even them up a bit with the file. I hate myself right now because I was too chicken shit to say something to her when she pulled the clippers out that were dusty and dirty and had OTHER PEOPLE'S NAIL CLIPPINGS IN THEM STILL!!!! She then clipped my nails so short that now they feel sore!! I have never in my life ever had my nails this short before. I took photos of how dirty everything was (you might have to zoom in for the full effect). She did a horrendous job on my nails (some of the gel polish is already chipping up and it was done less than two hours ago), and she didn't use new or sanitized tools on me!!! She pulled the cuticle nippers out of a plastic container that had nail dust in it, and used a file and a buffer on me that looked like they were about to fall apart because of so much use. A friend of mine recommended this nail salon to me so I decided to check it out. I'm never trying another nail salon ever again! I don't like to wait so I called ahead of time (2pm on a Saturday) and was given an appointment for 4pm. They have plenty of gel and regular nail polish colors to look from. I was sat right away and Jemie began working on my nails. She was very kind and you can tell she knew what she was doing. I asked for short, coffin style, gel acrylics and got exactly what I wanted. everything was very reasonable considered I asked for extras. Can't wait to go back! Read Less

I came in dec. 27th and today is Jan 2nd and 5 nails just popped off I have 3 that are cracking at the top of my nail and there's 2 that the paint is coming off... haven't even made it to my 2 week fill in and they are a mess. I will never go there again!!!! Read Less

I happened to be in this area and had about an hour to kill so I thought a relaxing pedicure would make good use of this time. I looked at the menu of services and thought the prices were fair to very reasonable. There were several other folks in chairs when I walked in and that was a good sign, or so I thought. I was summoned to a pedicure station with a nod and a finger call. I gladly stepped up to assume the position and was really excited until....the gentleman adjusted my chair in the most uncomfortable position with my knees way over my feet. For a minute, I thought he was trying to be funny. I asked him if he could push the button to slide my seat back. He adjusted it and then continued on. He did the usual but there was no effort. You know how someone gives a lifeless handshake? I feel like that was how my massage went. I didn't expect him to put his back into it but I did expect to feel something.  He was very rough and scrubbed the tops of my feet with some brush which I surely thought would remove some skin. I asked him to stop...twice. Thank God, skin intact and I'm good. LolThe polish job was bad. I don't ever expect to have polish all over my skin when I'm paying to have those services done. It's an easy fix and inexcusable when left up to me, as a customer, to request for it to be corrected. I don't think it's asking too much for my nails to be painted and not the skin around them, just sayin. When I asked him if he could remove the polish from the skin around my toes, it seemed as though I was bothering him. In any case, he did it...somewhat. I don't believe there's ever a need to get out of pocket (loud, make a scene)  when service isn't good or up to par. I just $pend somewhere else. I went at 730 last Thurs. First time there. It was pretty there but pedi chairs were old. I just needed my nails painted. They only spoke to each other in their foreign language. Very rude but they spoke perfect English when they quoted a price. I was moved three times before my nails were painted. The girl rushed me and kept saying You picked out color, you pick out color. Well she ended up putting the wrong shade on my nails. I went back the next day, and she said I CHARGE YOU 10$ TO CHANGE COLOR. I TOLD HER SHE PICKED THE WRONG COLOR AND SHE THEN BEGAN SPEAKING ONLY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. I WLL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! Rude and unfriendly!!!!! Read Less
