Very rude people!! The guy was rude to us but then started being nice, then we switched to Anna, who was our original person to do my sister in law's nails. She was rude to her the whole time, and said something rude about her unborn child because she was pregnant. She was arguing with the both of us, cussing us out, doing another woman's nails while she was still doing my sister in law's, but expected us to wait. DON'T GO HERE. Clean, Quiet Environment! I LOVE that they don't have a TV on! They really take their time when doing Mani's and Pedi's too. The Place is always busy, so be sure to make an appointment. Now if only they didn't do stinky perms there too....then it would be perfect! Read Less

I have been out here visiting my daughter from Nebraska and needed my nails filled and recolored. I was thrilled to have found Annas nails online. They were courteous, friendly and very clean. The man who did my nails was so nice and so professional. He asked several times if certain filings were comfortable. I was asked what I thought about every step. I have been going to Anna's for over a year now and I have never had a nail break or come off. Not even a chip. I work and I'm not exactly easy on my hands, even still haven't had any issues. NEVER will I return again! My pedicure was done very poorly...the nail tech didn't even fully paint on the second coat, leaving very thin coats of paint around the edges. I also got a gel manicure, which is already peeling in several areas 3 days later due to the polish being painted & cured on my skin and now lifting up. He also did not finish tending to my cuticles...pushed them back but didn't trim them. Then no lotion on my hands. I don't expect to receive a spa-like luxurious service at a nail salon like this, but I at least expect the bare minimum, which I didn't receive. To make matters worse, they seem to charge whatever price they feel they should to each person. We had at least 7 people come here within a matter of a few days for a family wedding and there were at least 3 different fees for the pedicures. Some were charged $25, some $28, and my husband and I $35 each (we didn't get anything special...no posh for him & I didn't even get a french). I later called to question this but seemed to be given the run around with numbers thrown out for this and that, which still didn't add up to what we were charged in total. Finally the woman said she'd text me a price list but, surprise!, this was never received. No one in my family will ever be returning and I have already begun to spread the word to friends. The women do an excellent job. They have done pedicure & nails and were great. However, I have had 3 of the men do my nails at different visits. The men are a bit rough and seemed to rush through my nails. It was sloppy and had to be fixed/cleaned up. Not enough attention to me - more attention to the customers coming through the door. If I must return, I will make an appointment for one of the ladies to service me. Read Less
