Racist. Made and appoint over the phone for 1:30pm, during the phone conversation asked if I was a new customer which i responded no , I was there last year November. Upon arrival waied till almost 2:30pm, the man looks up at me and says" you have Groupon, you are not first time customer. Can't help you. I was taken back, didnt know there was a sign on my face that showed I had a groupon deal. But I showed him the fine prints of the offer that States" can repurchase every 30days. He insists" if you want service you have to pay $10 more" applauded, I walked away. Beware if you are black you likely have groupon or coupon which dispiste this business advertises it, can only be redeemed with the exception of "blacks".

I had made an appointment for a mani and pedi at 5:45. When I arrived they were busy and I had to wait which I didn't mind waiting for a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 40 minutes. One of the other customers who was getting her nails done felt bad for me and asked them if they wanted to get my pedicure ready so I can soak while I wait. They simply said no. During all this they called my cell while I was sitting there to confirm if the 545 appointment was coming even though I told them I had 545 appointment on arrival. I ended up just leaving. The whole experience was so frustrating. The business is very disorganized and extremely poor customer service.

Very disappointed will not recommend it. Made an appointment for 4pm the man was rude when I walked in the door. Had to wait till after 5pm to get started and being slipped for walk ins. My nails are rough uneven and a lot of extra charges. I'm going back to my JOY SPA in warminster they are great and my nails always look awesome and you get a nice message out of it that's included no extra fee!!

Worse experience ever, the owner was rude and would not accept my groupon and told me he already called them and not his fault they were still selling groupons from them. I was literally so angry, I just had to walk out but would NOT recommend this establishment to anyone at all. They should not even be in this type of business with that kind of customer service.

Very unkept place. From the moment you pull up, the vegetable garden is overgrown. The handicap walkway is painted orange and with splatters everywhere. To the little man who acts like he doesn't want...
Very unkept place. From the moment you pull up, the vegetable garden is overgrown. The handicap walkway is painted orange and with splatters everywhere. To the little man who acts like he doesn't want you there. I had a groupon and it was for a mani/pedi. However I could not use the mani since I bite my nails. If I hadn't mentioned it, I am handicapped. I wanted my aide to use the mani. The little man told me no that he couldn't do it. He was very ignorant to me and my aide and I refused to be talked down to. So we left and contacted Groupon regarding the situation. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemey.

Visited this nail salon location tonight, was very pleased with the service and the way my nails were done, very friendly. Small business but service was great. Will go back again!

I had made an appointment for a mani and pedi at 5:45. When I arrived they were busy and I had to wait which I didn't mind waiting for a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 40 minutes. One of the other customers who was getting her nails done felt bad for me and asked them if they wanted to get my pedicure ready so I can soak while I wait. They simply said no. During all this they called my cell while I was sitting there to confirm if the 545 appointment was coming even though I told them I had 545 appointment on arrival. I ended up just leaving. The whole experience was so frustrating. The business is very disorganized and extremely poor customer service.
