I have been to Luxury Nails twice now.  Each time I've gone, I've been treated with the utmost kindness from all of the employees there.  It is a clean, calming environment.  Lots of colors to choose from.  I get acrylic fills with gel polish; each time their work has been consistent, and they give a lot of attention to detail.  I have had both Amy and Anne do my nails; both are lovely women.  I arrived without an appointment today, and I was greeted immediately and told there would be a brief wait; it was about 15 minutes, which I find completely acceptable.  I will continue to patronize this business, and I highly recommend it to others! Went here on 11/26/17 as a first time customer. I arrived about 30 minutes after they opened. It wasn't crowded but all technicians were with customers. The technician closest to the door said hello to me and asked what I wanted. I said I wanted a regular manicure then went to pick out my nail color.  While I'm waiting to be seated, another customer comes in and says she wants a gel manicure. She picks out her color and is seated immediately and her tech starts the process for removing her polish.... I'm still standing... the tech that initially spoke to me motions me to sit down at an empty work station then continued with her client as if I didn't exist. None of the other technicians even acknowledged that I was there. I sat there for several minutes waiting for someone to start my manicure. No one looked at me or said a word to me. I put my polish back and walked out of the salon. I went to my regular salon and was waited on immediately.There are several nail salons much closer to where I live. I chose to go to this salon for something different because it had good reviews.  I guess the only way to get service is to fit their profile of the ideal customer... I needed a manicure for my wedding (I NEVER have my nails done either gels- I work with dogs, there's no point.) I had NO IDEA what I was doing, just that I wanted gel, and the tip color to match my dogs' bow ties for the wedding. I had a picture of the style/length/shape of nail I wanted. I picked a color and was seated to get started on immediately. My ONLY problem with how they operate- they kept switching technicians throughout your appointment. One did my cuticles (god bless her- it was a 20 min ordeal) and then another woman placed the acrylics on, while a third woman traded spots with her to apply the gel. Then they rotated again with painting and all the grinding tools they use to get the acrylic out when the gel is dry. If I was regular customer- and they knew what I wanted, it wouldn't have been any issue (and I'm sure they rotate so the customer receives each tech's best abilities) but since I'm not AT ALL a regular, with each new person, they didn't know what look they were going for (only the tech I started with saw the picture and didn't show/tell the other employees) I will say that despite my "pet peeve", they still get a raving 5 star review. My nails (which I'm about to go get ripped off) have been on for SIX WEEKS now! And if it wasn't for the fact that my nails are growing out too far, they'd still look awesome. NOTHING HAS CHIPPED! Not a damn thing! There's no moisture getting underneath, it's incredible. I guess they know what they're doing when they switch people around. The finished product...well, it's pretty much perfect. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this nail salon. I posted a picture of my nails from last weekend- so they're 5 weeks old and were just starting to loose that shiny top coat. Read Less

Quick and easy experience, even on a Saturday afternoon. Prices were comparable to similar places. The place seemed clean and the staff was very friendly. A tip for the management, make sure the television content is age appropriate for all ages. I didn't get the most thorough pedicure of my life, but it did the trick before a wedding. Read Less

My colleague and I am we're driving from Atlantic City to Poconos for an event, and we decided to make the best of it and make stops on our way. We saw a plaza that had Whole Foods, Nordstrom Off the Rack, and the nail placement-Luxury Nails. It just so happened we were in the mood to get a mani/Pedi, grocery shopping, & some bargain shopping at Off the Rack. This plaza was everything we were looking for. After our shopping trips, we got to Luxury Nails on a Sunday around 4:30 pm. We didn't even think of it, but they were closing at five. At first they said they could not take us because they were closing, so we asked to use their bathroom before we hit the road. When we got out of the bathroom, they had decided amongst themselves that they would take us. Mostly because there was already a woman who just got her nails started so they would still have to stay and wait to close for her anyway. They had us pay first, before we got our nails done. They accept credit cards, but only cash tip. I was going to get a mani and a pedi, but because they didn't have a lot of girls and also I didn't have a lot of cash for tip, I decided for a manicure while my colleague ordered a pedicure. It was $15 for a regular manicure and $30 for regular pedicure. I found that to be pretty expensive. They also gave my colleague the disposable flip-flops and toe spacers to leave with since she was wearing sneakers. The place itself was very clean. Not a lot of polish colors to choose from at all, but they did have the good brand names. They took us right away, and had every intention of getting our nails and toes done as quickly as possible, while still doing a good job. The girls over at Nordstrom OTR told us to go to Luxury Nails and ask for Mimi. I forgot to, but I ended up with Mimi anyways. I'm pretty sure she manages the place, she did a great job. Both our manicurist and pedicurist were very candid with us-Conversation wise. Some people enjoy that, others do not. I, personally do. I enjoy having a conversation while getting my nails done, it helps the time pass. I think also, because we mentioned we were driving through Allentown and had no intention of ever coming back, they could trust us with their secrets :-). Parking is easy in the parking lot out front. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It's clean, efficient, and although a little pricey - you will get a good service. Read Less

I've been going to Luxury Nails for over a year now and I love them. I have tried other nail salons in the area with friends, like Anthony Vince nails, and have always been disappointed. But Luxury Nails does a great job every time. They take the time to get to know you and they always ask about my boyfriend and our house. Wait time is terrible here. Expect to spend over 2 hours for a manicure/pedicure WITH an appointment. Also, same as another reviewer, I left with bubbles dried into my nails, and when I went back to tell them, they seemed annoyed that they had to fix it. Read Less

Very rude service from nail tech. Acrylic nails lifting after a week!! One fell off in a week due to lifting. She then put my nail on crooked and then cursed at me when I pointed it out and asked her to fix it. "I DONT MAKE S***." I will never go back. Too many great places in this area to waste time and money having someone make fun of you with coworkers in another language, roll their eyes, and do poor work on your nails. Read Less

Manicure and pedicure were just okay.  My gel polish dried with bubbles in it but the pedicure is fine.  I didn't have to wait long, but near the end of my manicure the nail tech left me with my nails in the dryer while she started working on someone else's pedicure...without saying a word to me.  After a few minutes I started looking around for her and she sent someone else to finish my manicure.  He came over and wiped my nails with alcohol then directed me to wash my hands.  When I returned to the manicure station, the second nail tech was prepping a pedicure bowl and I was expected to wait, again.  I just asked for my total, paid, and left.  Both nail tech were perplexed.
