I came in here for a gel refill. I have a go to spot I always go to but it's a bit farther and I was in a time crunch. For being the only person in this salon you would expect nothing below exceptional nails. Not only is this place overpriced ($10 more than my normal place, $35 for a shitty gel refill. Pass). Horrible. I needed a mani/pedu. My acrylic needed fixing. One women ripped the old one off, another haphazardly filled in and then left to tend to another customer, leaving 2 out of 10 gel fingers done. A third finished the other 8 ok. I asked for my cubicles, etc. Told No manicure allowed today. My hands were never washed, my slapped on acrylic finger throbs, and my wallet is much lighter. I went to Coco Nail Salon to have a mani/pedi done for my brother's wedding. The nail tech didn't cover the whole nail with paint on my toes and got paint all over the cuticle and my finger. When I asked her to remove the excess paint, she acted put out and told me that it would come off in the shower. She removed some of the excess on two of the fingers, but left the rest and told me it would wash off. I sat there incredulous looking at the sloppy job she did. Another nail tech came along and asked if everything was ok and I told her I had polish on my finger and she sat down and removed it. When I walk out of a salon my pedi/mani is advertisement for that salon. Now, having said that, my sister, niece, and sister-in-law had no complaints with their service. Read Less

Disgrace !!!!!! I took my 11yr old daughter there for a clip and color. When we walked in , the woman (who I believe is the owner ) asked if she could help us. My daughter said " a clip and color". The lady asked us to have a seat. We waited as she took 2 walk ins in front of us after we were there waiting. After 45 mins of waiting she took my daughter .( We were there from 3:20- 5:10 pm) She asks me after a half hour of my daughter sitting at her table if I'm paying for her, I said yes. She tells me it's $35. I paid it because I have no clue what a women's nails cost. So basically she up sold my 11yr old on acrylic nails. I brought my daughter home and went back after I found out what happend. I told her I'm the father, I'm the one paying ! How dare you trick an 11yr old that didn't even understand what the hell you were saying. I asked her to refund the money ! She said No ! Enough said, later scum ball ! Read Less

Staff was friendly and the salon is clean but the acrylics are terrible. After 2wks on 3 of my nails have come off completely in a day. I don't do anything that would cause them to come off and have never had this problem before. I paid $10 more than most places and I will now have to go somewhere else and pay $25 to get a full set out on because these ones are not staying in. Disappointed.Read Less

My nail tech was lovely, just not very good at her job. The polish just wasn't applied smoothly. My sister's nail tech on the other hand was quite nasty and also VERY bad at her job and continuously increased the price of her manicure. The tech that did her toes, a man actually, was the nicest of all of them and actually knew what he was doing. All in all it was fairly expensive for the quality of the service and the mid remodeling atmosphere. We won't be back.Read Less
