The technician was inexperienced and I paid the price as the refill for my gel manicure is embarrassing. I wasn't able to make it to the shop that I normally go to and wanted to give this place a chance but I will certain not be returning. My nails are different shapes, lengths, and the thickness varies from nail to nail. All of which are not immediately noticeable but are obvious once viewed. This is the spot where you bring your girls, boyfriend/husband, moms, and daughters to kick back with and have a glass of wine. It is beautiful and spacious! I came here with my sister in law and we really enjoyed our time here. Jade did my toes and Nicole did my sister in law’s. Probably one of the worst spas I've ever been to. The only positive I have for it was that the ambiance was nice, and it was pretty on the inside. Other than that, terrible service & ridiculously priced. I just wanted a regular pedicure and they charge $28 for it -- And that doesn't even include them scrubbing your feet with those coarse pumice stones to get rid of calluses; that was an extra $7!!! (For a "signature spa pedicure"). Every other nail salon I've been to for pedicures before have had that service provided in their general/regular pedicure price. Not only that, but the woman who did my nails did not do a good job. She didn't paint all the way down to the base of my toenails. There's a slight space she left (I guess to prevent the polish getting on my skin?), but it looks stupid, like my nails started growing out, when in fact it's literally only been a day. I will not be returning to this salon. The only reason I went here in the first place was because the other salon I was GOING to go to had a 40 min wait for a pedicure which I didn't have time for, so I decided to give this place a shot. I would avoid this place. I have been here twice for a gel manicure and once for a pedicure. For my gel manicure the first time my whole nail peeled off two days after so I decided to give the place one more chance because of the convenience of the location and the second time it might have been worse. My nail polish was awful they didn't clean around the nails and the polish was everywhere. Also my pedicure was terrible. They didn't cut my cuticles or do anything besides file. I could have done a better job myself. For the high prices they charge they should be doing a much better job. I don't mind paying more for a better job but that is not the case here. Read Less

The manicurist burned my fingers with the chemicals and a week later the polish AND gel chip off while I'm in the bath. They charged $35 for a gel refill and it doesn't even last. Definitely enjoyed my experience yesterday.  I only went in for a pedicure (9 months pregnant and can't reach my feet), but once seated (there were 5 women with opening appointments!) my tech was wonderful.  I explained to her that my calluses were horrible and she suggested and explained the $4 callus package (done!).  The manager also kept bringing me bottles of water, which I really appreciated.I'm really happy with the results, and found the entire experience really relaxing--I was not rushed at all.  In fact, my tech spent about an hour with me!1 star off because I didn't get a back rub while my toes dried.  I thought this was standard now...Note that all tips must be in cash.It also seems they're offering 10% their services during the holidays...
