Lily and the girls are so friendly and accommodating. I bring my 95 year old Grandmother who uses a walker. They help her in the chair and make her comfortable. They do her feet and hands in the pedicure chair so that she doesn't have to move a bunch of times. I couldn't ask for a better place!! Our acrylic nails last 2-3 weeks without chipping. Read Less

Perfect nails is under new management.The changes made are a major plus in customer service. I had a magnificent pedicure; From perfection in care of my toes, to a relaxing leg and foot massage with a bonus hot rock massage, at no extra charge. Callous softening wax was also a treat, at no extra charge. There is also a neck and shoulder massage chair available for even more relaxation and stress relief.My manicure, as always, was "Perfect". The new manager is very conscious of trending changes in the field of nail beauty and art. They have a generous assortment all the new polishes and techniques available for your choice.The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. Yeah wouldnt go here again. Spent $40 on "Gel" nails. First they use powder which is not GEL. I didnt get the mylar form they spoke of on their site. My nails are soooo thick. They glued acrylics to my nails and layered them with globs of powder over and over. I probably have MMA all over them. The language barrier was horrible and then the girl doing my nails was on the phone talking to her boyfriend. I feel shammed. Update: My nails took 2 months to get back to a somewhat normal state and they still are brittle. I went to a salon this past Friday and they confirmed I got overpriced acrylics. Stop advertising GEL when you aren't using it. Read Less

I went as a walk-in and there was only one customer there, so I though great, I will get right in, which I did. The woman started my refill process, but she did not initially clip off the lifted acrylic, I had to ask her too, which she should have done for bacteria purposes. Then she proceeded to refill my acrylic, with ALOT of acrylic, my nails were SOOO thick, I had to ask her to thin them out a little. Then she got up and left without saying anything and another woman sat down (after waiting five minutes) and finished my nails. She was much better. I just did not have a good first experience.
