I moved to the area about 3 months ago from NJ and have searched for a place to get my nails done. I was very spoiled at my NJ salon, so I guess I became, what some would call, too picky. I found the prices at local places to be much higher than where I came from, and many didn't do gel refills. Aroma Nails & Spa did my nails and they came out stunning. As I was getting my nails done I noticed one of the workers giving another a massage. I commented, "when is mine?" They promptly came and gave me a neck and back massage, as well as, gave another customer drying their nails a massage. I don't know if this is the usual, but I'm going back to find out. On my way out I filled out a card with my email address and birthday and was given a coupon to come back...they mail postcards out for your birthday, and mine was the next month. This nail salon is great. My daughter and I both  got mani's. I went well over 10 days without a chip in my nail (I was my hands a lot) the neck message was on time in the women were super nice. FYI; This place is located next to a pizza shop & a tiny strip, parking can get pretty tight. Read Less

I was in town for work for the week and needed a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great. She spent a ton of time giving me a massage after cleaning up my nails. Very friendly and professional. The nail polish selection was ridiculous. Every Esse color available. I just did a classic manicure, not gel. I was very happy with my results. While nails were drying she did a great neck and shoulder massage too! I'd recommend this spot to anyone. Read Less

Aroma Nail Salon is just "ok." I had a full and pedicure, that were done pretty nicely, but the overall experience is less than stellar. The ambiance is a little lacking ( crummy old furniture) and the overall vibe was kind of a bummer. None of the ladies spoke to the clients much or even chit chatted amongst themselves. They have little plastic trays to hold your purse and do a nice leg and /or shoulder massage. Best gel manicure that I've ever had! So sad that I didn't discover this place earlier. At $30, I thought it was a pretty good price for what you get based on my experience at visiting other places on the main line. She did such a great job shaping my nails, getting the polish on nicely (w/o bumps or chips) and cleaning up my cuticles. I loved the massage. She used a hot rock which felt so relaxing. They have a lot of great specials which I would definitely take advantage of - $10 manicure during their morning hours.I would come back if I wasn't moving away! I highly recommend this place!! Went here for a mani-pedi with my mom and sister the morning before a wedding. I had called ahead for an appointment, but since we were there  early in a Saturday morning we had the place to ourselves. The place was immaculately clean and did not smell at all the nail polish or chemicals. The pedicure seats were comfortable and the technician set our stuff aside in a handy basket. The first part of the pedicure was amazing- there was not any painful picking or ripping,the message was the longest and best I had ever gotten with a pedicure, and she even ended with hot stones! It was so relaxing, I was tempted to ask for a longer reflexology massage that was advertised on the wall for an added fee, but really the standard pedicure here out shined many other more expensive and "deluxe" ones I have had elsewhere. I asked for French tips on both my toes and fingers, and it was the fasted I have ever seen someone do because she did not have to go back with remover to fix the line- she made them perfect the first time. The same lady then took me over to the nail station for the manicure. Again, great message, not as long as the legs but defiantly enjoyable. I also appreciated that she asked if I would like round or squared nails- so many places just start filling. Just like my toes, the French manicure was expertly put on in no time at all. While we waited by the nail drying table (the airy type, not the creepy blue light) my technician gave me a nice five min shoulder massage. The technicians had us sit in the drying area for a long time, insisting that we make sure our hands were totally dry before leaving so they would not get messed up. In conclusion, the attention by the technicians at this place is fantastic, something you would expect from a fancy expensive spa, and is really an amazing value. For all the massage goodness the standard mani-pedi was only $45, with a few extra bucks for French and a student discount for my sister. I wish I had a great little spa like this close to home! This is by far the best nail salon on the main line! the pedicures are amazing, not only do they make your feet and toes look great but you will walk away so relaxed because they give you a very long foot and leg massage, then as your nails dry they massage your neck and back for a good 5 to 10 min. This may be a nice place for nails but do NOT get a wax. I got a Brazilian here and they are NOT TRAINED PROFESSIONALS. The woman did not use standard sanitary procedures. She either was not educated or was cheap and did not use the proper type of wax for coarser hair. She waxed several times over the same area (removing my skin), and the area is still red, swollen, and painful after two days. She did not do a thorough or complete job, I am still going to have to shave after I paid for being butchered by this person. She also did not wash her hands before the waxing, did not wear gloves, and moved on to another customer after my waxing without washing her hands. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND HAVE YOUR SERVICES DONE BY TRAINED PROFESSIONALS! Read Less
