I called Mary nails on the Memorial Day weekend due to a broken nail. They weren't busy like the other shops so I asked how much it would cost. Mary quoted me 40. Once I got in the chair she tried to change her price and charge me an extra 10 for shaping my nails the exact way they were. When I questioned why she was charging me more she got smart and told me shaping nails are hard and if it was so easy we'd do it ourselves. I told the unprofessional woman to get off my hands and went to J and J nails in Penn Hills and not only were they cheaper, but the work was better...they were more professional and didn't play the bait and switch game. I'll never go back there and hopefully you won't neither. Just a rip off! Horrible service and I overheard them talking about their customers. Just horrible!!!! A rating of 1 is to high....0- is my true rating. Someone needs to buy them out! Trying to take advantage of someone! Just horrible!

Never again. The young man was so rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never experienced someone with such a bad attitude.

I’ve gone here a few times because it’s so close to my house. It was a terrible experience every time. Waste of money. The gel on my hands wouldn’t last 5 days. It would start to lift up because they put way too many coats on and didn’t even put the polish all the way down to my cuticle. The last time I went there, which was 3 days ago, I got a gel polish change which was 23 dollars and when the lady went to put the clear coat on it was a mess. It was goopy and made the top layer have bumps all through it on a few of my nails. It was awful. The lady was by herself so I guess she rushed it or didn’t notice. To leave like that, I was furious. Nails not painted down to the cuticle, and bumps everywhere.

First time visit for pedicure- no polish, winter rest- & talked into gel french manicure. Why not,? Jen said it would last about 2 weeks -" best way to go for my nails". Had it done on Tuesday. By Friday, 4 " french tips" peeled off. I wanted it for granddaughter's birthday party on Saturday. Oh well.! $ 58.00 - live and learn! Won't be back.

Over priced for gel nails it was the worst paint job I could of painted my own nails but since I was going on vacation I thought I treat myself... Waste of money the gel nails really just fell off while I was on vacation so embarrassing walking around with chipped nails and toes that I paid more than enough money for never again the only plus side was that I was able to get them redone and they don't charge me but I will never come back

Hands down the worst nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to A LOT of salons. Mary is rude and disrespectful and none of the people who work there know how to do nails. I've given them more than a couple chances to be fair and every time my nails were horrible. They were uneven and chunky and the paint job was so horrible I took it right off when I got home. The nail tech (Mary in particular) is very rough and unapologetic when she cuts you over and over. Then if you say you have a problem with the way your nails are done they get an attitude and charge you to fix them. The prices are outrageous for the terrible service you get. Super nails is right on the Blvd and are alot better on prices and quality.

This place is great! Reasonable prices and good quality work. The nail techs are knowledgable and fun to talk to while you get your nails done. The pedicures are thorough, taking about 45 mins. Definitely worth the money. I've been coming here for over ten years and have never been disappointed!

I've been coming to Mary's Nails for years! My mother has been coming even longer she does great quality work with nails. She even sails lotions and nail polish of course. She always goes out of her way to make sure you get what you want or ask for. Plus she is the only person I will let wax my eye brows. Can't lie never seen anyone else in her shop I've only had Mary work on me!

I went wed. To get gel put on my nails. The guy shaped them well but he cut my fourth finger when cutting my cuticles. Blood was gushing up in a bubble and the dude just keeps doing my nails. When i wiped the blood off with my finger, he smiled at me and said in broken english no pain no gain right? I let that go. I asked for dark purple polish which he put on after bugging me about putting on this ugly lavender. Uh not gonna happen. When i left shop i thought it looked okay so i gave him a $15 tip being nice. Total bill $45. Its now two days later and the gel is off. He put the gel over my cuticles! And he didnt even put gel on the top ...its called curing it if u have ur own gel kit. Ridiculous! I highly doubt ill b back. Want that good nor did it meet my expectations. I can do a better job. And i had to take my nail file and go down the sides of my nails cuz he didnt go down enough when shaping them.

I have been going to Mary's nails since I was a freshman in high school I am now 23. Mary and her wonderful workers have done my nails for prom, christmas and now today my wedding! They are polite and nice. They are great in pricing. I will always recommend them !

I called Mary nails on the Memorial Day weekend due to a broken nail. They weren't busy like the other shops so I asked how much it would cost. Mary quoted me 40. Over priced for gel nails it was the worst paint job I could of painted my own nails but since I was going on vacation I thought I treat myself...
