I became a customer 7 months ago and every time I go in, I’m not recognized. They are not consistent with their customer service; by greeting you when you enter. If we are a walk in, please inform us of the approximate wait time......and be realistic. Stop yelling around from your table and asking “my I help you”. Get up and great us. Paris staff, this is NOT good customer service. If you continue to depend on your clients and don’t treat your customers as (potential) clients, you will not last as long as you would like to. To the Mother-slow down For the daughter(s) stop talking laughing so loudly. It’s fine to have a conversation with your client but lower your voice please. It’s suppose to be a relaxing environment.
Also, my gel mani always loosen after the first week. Are you using lessor quality products?

Now don’t get me wrong, Paris does great nails! However, I believe they have gotten “too big for their britches”. The customer service is not what it used to be. They have become kind of rude and unfriendly and not very welcoming to people who aren’t regular customers. They treat regulars like gold but if you’re not there every couple weeks, they could give a damn. It’s such a nice establishment, very clean and up to date so I have to give them their props there. It’s just that they have gotten more popular and, I guess naturally, they’re a little bit cocky now. The wait has become outrageous, to point where you can forget walking in on a weekend. Even if you have an appointment you could still be waiting a long time. They don’t really take their time with you anymore. I remember one of the girls hopping from chair to chair doing three of our full sets at the same time. They’re a little impatient now too. So many of them in there spoke good English and understood everything you wanted, now they’ve hired ssooo many new people who Maria and Cindi have to translate for most times. Paris has started to give me anxiety when I go in there now. It’s a shame because I love Cindi and I don’t want to leave there but I feel like I have to if I want to get the customer service I pay so much money for. I hope they get it together soon because I’m starting to here a lot of their customers (that I know personally) change nail salons and I don’t want them to start losing more business based on their service. I don’t even usually write reviews for anything but I’m hoping they read this and try to get better. Rooting for you guys!

Everytime I am at Paris nail salon it takes about an hour to even get started with what I want. I got gel nails I had paid alot of money for my nails and two days later the color is changing. That also happens when it is not gel. I do not recommend this place at all. I wanted my nails long and the lady had cut them too short.

Cindi is the best! Very caring and accommodating! Even though she has a busy life, with school, work and finding time for herself, she NEVER allows that to get in the way of offering great service! The shop is ALWAYS clean and they sanitize the stations and tools after each use! I love Paris nails. It's the only place I'll go to for hands and feet.

This place here was like heaven amebryine was friendly and welcoming...Tina did my gel manicure and i received a pedicure. Teresa was on point with my eyebrows .. I’m only giving a 4 stars today because the most important part is seeing how long there gel polish will last .. I’m usually good for 3 weeks!! But in all it was a pleasant experience

Owner and her sister do a fabulous pedicure. However, the only cater the Caucasian demographic. When asked to do my nails a certain way, which is very short and basic....they gave me 4 different lengths and 2 different shaped nails. They were not friendly. Nail tech was very rough and was pulling and grabbing on me while she performed the service. When I informed the owner how unsatisfactory the service was, her response was she could soak them off and I still had to pay for the service. HORRIBLE!!!!! No customer service skills at all. Clean salon.

I used to frequent this place but the quality of their service and products really fell off. I usually get three coats of gel polish but the application is way too thick. It peels much quicker. The techs are young and I'd say a little unprofessional. They chit chat a lot amongst each other rather than to their clients. Had an appointment one time and the tech had me waiting for 30 mins. bc a "reality TV star" was in there getting her nails done and didn't bother to apologize to me for the inconvenience. After the film crew and "star" left, they were all so star struck. Their attire looks like they just rolled out of bed. I know the dress code is pretty casual in nail salons, but they wear baggy sweats, tees and flip flops. Presentation says a lot about an employee. I stopped going and found another nail salon after doing my research in the local area.

Easily the WORST nail experience I ever had, I was the first client in there this morning and asked for dip powder French manicure with tips, the woman doing my nails messed up 4 times at least on each nail and ended up having to take the set off that she just put on and start over after an HOUR and a halfof doing my nails, doesn't tell me she messed up of that another woman is going to be doing my nails for me. The when i got fed up and asked to leave and not be charged bec...ause absolutely nothing had gotten done that I went there for the woman tries to charge me for taking off the set that I originally had, not considering they just wasted 2 hours of my time , when I argued with her that I shouldn't be charged because my nails are ruined and thin as ever when I just grew them out and that they wasted my time she shoos me out of the nail salon to leave. Most awful experience I ever had, so rude. This is the opposite way I wanted to spend my day off I am so angry with these people Ver más

Would give this place 0 stars if i could. My mom and I walked in around 3:30 pm today and the salon did not look that busy. We signed in and not one person acknowledged us. No one said "hello" or asked us what we wanted or even told us there was going to be a wait. So we sat there for 10 minutes until my mom asked a tech how long it would be until we were seated and she had no idea. So about another 5 minutes go by and a random man who i assume was the owner told us about 20 minutes. You saw us sitting there and didnt think to tell us that its going to be that long of a wait?! We only came because we had a gift certificate but i will not be back. The staff is rude and clearly doesnt care about their customers.

Very disappointed in the quality, durability & length of time of my manicure. I got it done on Friday, May 26th & by today, 4 of my nails are missing polish. I wash dishes with gloves on to make sure the polish last longer. I am not rough at all & have not done yard work or anything to make the polish chip. When I was done on Friday, I still had polish all around my cuticles and side of my nails. I could paint them better myself. Plus several of my nails are crooked. It took the woman over an hour for my manicure, which hasn't even latest a week. I will not be going back.

I've honestly never been somewhere where I've had a bad pedicure, but this was the worst. I am 37weeks pregnant and was hoping for a relaxing experience, but instead I was waiting for it to be over the whole time. I said the water was too hot three times (I couldn't keep my feet in the water) and the digging and ripping into my nail beds was painful. I'm not sure the man understood me, but there is no way I looked comfortable. The exfoliating scrub he put on my legs was painful and I ended up with a rash on one leg from it. I was hoping at least the massage would be nice as I do like more pressure, but it was basically just rubbing lotion in and lasted less than 30 seconds. I assume by the reviews this place is geared more towards nails and maybe I got someone who was new, but I'll be looking for a different salon.

When I called the day before to see about their prices, the woman on the phone was pleasant and took her time telling me about their nail packages which were reasonably priced. When I came in I felt welcomed and I have to say I appreciate that the women in there are very nice and accommodating. Even with my not-so-cute feet, the nail tech was very professional and we even had nice conversation. The quality of the place even to the work is awesome. I don't get my nails done on a regular because of price and never found a place I'd like to go back to but I think I found my spot.

OMG! i found a nail salon that is NOT crazy expensive but is clean, cute and with a great and friendly staff. The place is super cute inside. in pinks and grays. very clean and bright. the staff was so amazing. family owned with a mom and her daughters and i believe cousins. i love love love my nails! it isn't super far from my house but a good 10 min drive but i will only being going there from now on! if you haven't been you should def. check them out. couldnt be happier! love Paris nails!

Now don’t get me wrong, Paris does great nails! However, I believe they have gotten “too big for their britches”. The customer service is not what it used to be. They have become kind of rude and unfriendly and not very welcoming to people who aren’t regular customers. Everytime I am at Paris nail salon it takes about an hour to even get started with what I want. I got gel nails I had paid alot of money for my nails and two days later the color is changing. That also happens when it is not gel. I do not recommend this place at all. I wanted my nails long and the lady had cut them too short.

Cindi is the best! Very caring and accommodating! Even though she has a busy life, with school, work and finding time for herself, she NEVER allows that to get in the way of offering great service! The shop is ALWAYS clean and they sanitize the stations and tools after each use! I love Paris nails. It's the only place I'll go to for hands and feet.

Very disappointed in the quality, durability & length of time of my manicure. I got it done on Friday, May 26th & by today, 4 of my nails are missing polish. I've honestly never been somewhere where I've had a bad pedicure, but this was the worst. I am 37weeks pregnant and was hoping for a relaxing experience, but instead I was waiting for it to be over the whole time. I'm not sure the man understood me, but there is no way I looked comfortable. The exfoliating scrub he put on my legs was painful and I ended up with a rash on one leg from it. I was hoping at least the massage would be nice as I do like more pressure, but it was basically just rubbing lotion in and lasted less than 30 seconds. I assume by the reviews this place is geared more towards nails and maybe I got someone who was new, but I'll be looking for a different salon.

Very lazy job. I came in with mother sisters and daughters looking to spend money and relax. Not the case. I cut our services in half. Came out with just clear nail Polish. They changed price on me for the kids in the middle of services. I don't recommend if you want a real mani pedi.

Great experience! I didn't feel rushed at all and was pleased with the outcome. Extremely happy with my revel mani & pedi. Will be coming back regularly

When I called the day before to see about their prices, the woman on the phone was pleasant and took her time telling me about their nail packages which were reasonably priced. When I came in I felt welcomed and I have to say I appreciate that the women in there are very nice and accommodating. Even with my not-so-cute feet, the nail tech was very professional and we even had nice conversation. The quality of the place even to the work is awesome. I don't get my nails done on a regular because of price and never found a place I'd like to go back to but I think I found my spot.

Love love love this place, Cindy, Lilly and Sandra are the best nail techs. Updated colors. Place is very upscale and the customer service is the best. I recomend anyone to come here!

OMG! i found a nail salon that is NOT crazy expensive but is clean, cute and with a great and friendly staff. The place is super cute inside. in pinks and grays. very clean and bright. the staff was so amazing. family owned with a mom and her daughters and i believe cousins. i love love love my nails! it isn't super far from my house but a good 10 min drive but i will only being going there from now on! if you haven't been you should def. check them out. couldnt be happier! love Paris nails!
