My nail tech took his time to do my pedicure and manicure which I appreciated. I got the Deluxe Pedicure for first time and it was great! It actually felt like I was getting a full leg massage.

I got them painted white and they got chipped and the guy wouldn't even fix them. Then he forgot the paint the Sparkles and said I was done so we had to tell a different guy and he told the same guy to do them. He painted sparkles on three of my fingers and made it look nothing like the picture I showed them after the day I got them done I came home and the white nail polish I got was yellow. Completely disgusted

It was a good outcome but the tools used cut my fingers and then the chemicals put on my nails, obviously made them sting. But I'm very happy with the results

ruined my nails completely. it actually rotted my nails after a week and a half of wear. not to mention 2 days after having them done a nail fell off!! i've been getting my nails done for about 8 year...
ruined my nails completely. it actually rotted my nails after a week and a half of wear. not to mention 2 days after having them done a nail fell off!! i've been getting my nails done for about 8 years and never, NEVER, had either problems. go to Organic Nail Spa. 100000x better and they are a lot nicer too.

The gentleman trimmed my acrylics too short but I didn't say anything. He then cut my fingers (more than once) and pretended like I didn't notice. All I wanted was a fill in of my gel acrylics and a r...
The gentleman trimmed my acrylics too short but I didn't say anything. He then cut my fingers (more than once) and pretended like I didn't notice. All I wanted was a fill in of my gel acrylics and a repaint of my polish and I ended up stopping him after he was done filling them and going home to paint them myself. The manager noticed after I paid and offer to reshape them for me, but at that point I was uninterested. It was my first experience here and I probably will not be back.

The gentleman trimmed my acrylics too short but I didn't say anything. He then cut my fingers (more than once) and pretended like I didn't notice. All I wanted was a fill in of my gel acrylics and a repaint of my polish and I ended up stopping him after he was done filling them and going home to paint them myself. The manager noticed after I paid and offer to reshape them for me, but at that point I was uninterested. It was my first experience here and I probably will not be back.
