Kind of disappointed due to the fact that one of the workers did not do my nails the correct way he made my manicure way to uneven and some of my nails did not match the rest of my nails and he kept having to redo them.. He acted like he did not really know what he was doing.. I did complain to one of the other technicians and she did fix them the way I wanted them but I really feel like I should have received a discount for having to waste my time to have them fixed.. I have been to this place twice now. My first experience was nothing but pleasent and I have loved my nails both times. My second experience was on Saturday, November 19th, 2016 and was great while I was there , but when paying bills the next morning, I realized they had double charged my account. I called and when the first person told me that the charges would be dropped by Friday. Seriously? I have to wait a week to get my money back? I explained that I couldn't really wait because I needed that money for a trip back home to see my family for Thanksgiving and she told me to hold on. Next thing I know a man picks up the phone. He is rude to me from the start. He began by telling me the same thing the woman did and then started saying things like "well I don't trust your phone" and "if we actually double charged your card, it would be the same amount twice". When I explained that it was Two different amounts because someone obviously forgot to enter the tip the first time they ran it, he became even more irate and flat out told me I was lying. I was beyond frustrated with him at that point so I told him he caused them to lose a customer and hung up. They do beautiful work on nails, but if anything goes wrong with payment, they blame the customer. If you go here, just be sure to take cash. When visiting this Salon I was very impressed with the Professionalism of all the staff there, it is very clean, and felt very welcome there. This salon had so many options to choose from, and was very helpful in helping me make my choices. I met the owner Srey as I entered, and she greeted me as if I was part of her family, that say’s a lot to me how I know I was going to be treated as a customer. I had my haircut, and styled by Ida Marie for the second time, and again Very... Impressed with not only her Professionalism, but her absolute dedication, and concern that I look my very best. By allowing her to help me with her suggestions on the style I should be wearing gave me confidence I would be feeling good about how I looked. So if you want a great experience in what ever service you chose or need to have done, Go see Ida Marie and you will do as I did when leaving the Salon, and purchase a gift card for someone. I am giving this a 2 instead of a 1 because I've only been there once and I've only seen one stylist. Needless to say, it was an awful experience. I paid $42 for a haircut that only took half an hour and I left the salon with a quick haircut. My stylist was more into talking about herself than cutting my hair. She did a really quick job and didn't take the time to double check her work and make sure I was happy. This left me with a very choppy and blunt haircut that was uneven. I would maybe give this a salon a second chance if I saw a different stylist but I am hesitant to go back. I would not recommend this salon to a friend. Read Less
