If I could give this review a half star, I would. When I came in, none of the staff offered to help me. After about five minutes, I had to ask for someone to help me. All the staff were busy serving other customers, so the manager did my pedicure. It was one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The water was scalding hot, he left my feet half dry, he aggressively pushed my cuticles back to the point of actually causing me pain and when I complained that he was hurting me, he actually shook his head, as if to say "no" to me. He kept looking back at his other crew members, and although he was speaking in his native tongue, so I really don't know exactly what was said, it seemed to me through his non verbal gestures that he was ptr trying get someone else to take over for him. Like it was a huge inconvenience for him to work on my feet. The ONLY thing I can say to his credit was that he did do a good job painting my nails. His ginormous attitude towards me turned me off completely to this establishment. I will never go back. Read Less

I went an got a full set an the man messed up my nail 4 times an got irritated when i asked for him to redo it an i said i didnt think they were dry an he basically kept trying to push me out an telling me theyre good. My nails look horrible an wish i didnt even have to pay for them. Very unpleased with my visit. Read Less

My first time I went I got those organic those were nice and I requested a certain person from friend advice the second time I just walked in got whoever, not a very good job, I pointed out to the girl few things especially the one nail, how she put it on, said it would be fine. NOT it ended up coming off, the whole look about wasn't nice. So I let it go went back now to get a fill should be a little cheaper, not, also this I pointed out a few things as she was doing them stop says it will be ok, besides her leaving me twice to go wax some brows,which is fine but I'm a customer too, that you are working on....they were not busy at all. My nails aren't great , that was my last time giving them a chance. Sorry bye Kelly nails you had enough chances im going to Lynn's from now on. Wouldn't recommend from my experience. Read Less

I was visiting from out of town and got a gel manicure and I was with someone else who got a pedicure. 6/10 of my cuticles were infected the next day and required antibiotics. The gel lasted 4 days before starting to peel and the pedicure left my friend with bloody feet from excessive scrubbing Read Less

I went to Kelly's because it had a decent review. Never again. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged for my manicure and pedicure. The gentleman who did my nails didn't seem to understand what I wanted. I'll try another place next time. Read Less

I have gone to Kelly's for 5+ years. It was a wonderful relaxing salon. My nails were always very nice. I have gone there twice since the new owners took over. It was horrible. I made an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes. My nails looked like a 5yr old did them. Awful. The new owners were rude when I wanted my nails fixed. I will not go back. When I walked into this nail salon, it was nice and bright. It's a family owned salon so you definitely get a warm welcome when you walk in. They have great service and also do an amazing job with your nails! I only get my nails and waxing done there. I've been coming here for a few years now and totally recommended this nail salon :-) Read Less
