EVERYTIME I GO...(total of 3 times)... they start my nails and then they always get a request from a customer and then abandon me to go to them and send no one to help me. Last time the lady *lienna* first of all told me the reason she kept hitting my skin with the power tools was because I was watching her do my nails and that it was a busy time. Then she got the customer request, got that lady a coke and offered me nothing. Told me to wait and soak for 10 minutes. I had n...o problem with soaking, I thought she was getting the lady started and would come back like she said. I had a problem that she proceeded to give this lady a manicure and pedicure right beside me and ignored me for 45 minutes even when I tried to say something. I finally found someone in the back to find a nail specialist that finished my manicure, who was wonderful (linda). Jessie and Julie are additional nail ladies who treated me bad the past few times. Also the receptionist got upset when I requested help and said, "Are you fucking kidding me?!" I don't know if this was due to me asking for help or Lienna abandoning me. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!!! My sister went with me, got seated 10 minutes after I was and was finished before I got Linda to help me. I had a pedi and mani 8 days ago. My toe nail polish that always last for months is already coming off. My French tip manicure , that I paid extra for, has 3 nails that the polish has come off. What a waste of a gift card! I won’t be back Read Less

Have been a few times and now will not go back. I went with my mother and sister. They cut my sister's toe and the side of my foot. They were very rushed and my mother, sister, and I did not all get the same treatments. We all paid for the basic pedicures and some got more or less things than others. Not great service. Read Less

First time here; was rushed through picking my polish by a tech that I believe spoke no English. Their samples don't match up to the bottles and when I asked my tech about it, she just kept pointing to the polish bottles. I decided to just use the bottles to decide. Not sure if a lot of their samples are like this; they have about 300 bottles of polish. The facility is nice, and the products used are clean and professional. My tech stared at me and didn't speak for the d...uration of my pedicure. Once we were at the point of polish (clear coat already on) she looked at me and said "$60", but it was too late to pick another polish. (I'm obsessed with getting color changing gel for my toes) I thought this was a little steep, but figured I was paying for the grandeur of the place, and the "complimentary" (possibly virgin) cocktail. I asked for an itemized receipt, hoping it would break down why I just paid $25 for gel; it did not. I wrote it off as just another overpriced nail spa, until my friend got her bill - for a basic pedi (same as mine) with normal polish, and then a fill in & the same color changing gel - $75 So either she just got the hook up of the century on her fill in, or I got the "new customer" rip off. I would have asked about my bill, but I really don't even know if my tech understood what I was saying - She kept using another tech to speak to me. You may want to be sure of the price you're being charged for services before they go ahead with them. I'm pretty sure I got charged more because I didn't ask. My tech was Julie; so maybe just avoid her? Definitely won't be going back, and I'll make sure all of my friends know why. $60 for a basic pedicure and gel shellac is absolutely ridiculous. Very poor availability for scheduling. Satisfaction with the end product is hit or miss depending on the technician. 50% of the time, I could do a better job. I've given them multiple chances and have been disappointed more frequently than not. Read Less

I set an appointment for 2 people, for the day before with, a specific person. When we got to there, we checked & told to get or polish. After waiting for someone to help me pick out my polish because I was getting the chrome look, the young man tells me that the person I had set my appointment for, wasn't the person that was actually assigned to do or manicures & pedicures. However the person that was assigned to us was busy, so we were told one person could do our manicure...s & someone could do our pedicures. I was getting a little frustrated at this point & said okay to the plan. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I wanted. The man didn't appear to know how to do the chrome look, as he had to ask just about everyone there how to do it. He then tells me the price will be $35 +$10 for the chrome for my feet & I said okay. The next thing I know, my mom's telling me for what I'm getting done it will be $110. By this point I was irritated, as he didn't know what he was doing, he was digging his finger nails into the side of my toes as he was polishing them, which caused me to flinch, & then he started rushing at the end because there was somebody there for him. Another man was going to take over, but he finished. Needless to say, I only got a pedicure, which was $70, because at this point, I was done. My mom got everything she wanted, so it wasn't a waisted trip. By the way, nothing about my chrome style polish is chrome. I think that was my last patronizing this establishment. On one hand the people were very kind. On the other hand their skills were very limited. I came in with a picture of long almond shaped nails with a french fade. I was told they didn't know how to do an ombre design so I settled for mood changing gel. I was told at the front desk how much everything would cost including my mood changing gel polish. When I asked if they work with forms or tips no one knew what I was talking about. I don't mind if a technician uses tips if they... know what they're doing but my tips are obviously too small! I can fit my pinky nail between my actual nail and the tip! They also did not build the stress point at all. If you look at the nails from the side they are completely flat. I have a sneaking suspicion they're going to pop right off. As my technician was applying my polish she then told me I would need to pay more. They didn't pinch the nail while the acrylic was setting either. She simply primed my nail bed, filed my nail, glued the tip on.
