Sent this privately two weeks ago and no response...I have been coming to everlasting nails every two weeks for the last four months. Up until today I loved you and recommended you to everyone I knew. I don't know who the gentleman was who did my nails today, but it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The guy was rough he hurt me several times he did NOT cut my nails down like I asked he cut corners he didn't put the oil on my cuticles he didn't tell me to wash my hands he rushed the massage he barely put any lotion on my hands it was a horrible experience! While I was drying he was working on the woman next to me and she was telling him that he was hurting her as well. After today I don't know if I'll be back which really sucks because I liked you a lot

I would HIGHLY recommend !!!.. had a awesome experience here.. wonderful atmosphere, ..wonderful people!!! I should have come here first, they went above and beyond to help fix someone else's mistake...

I have been going here for years through several change in hands but I will be looking for a new salon since the price for a pedicure went up to 23.00. I used to get the express for 15. THEn it went ...
I have been going here for years through several change in hands but I will be looking for a new salon since the price for a pedicure went up to 23.00. I used to get the express for 15. THEn it went to 20.00 which is fine but 23.00 is a bit much.

Sent this privately two weeks ago and no response...I have been coming to everlasting nails every two weeks for the last four months. Up until today I loved you and recommended you to everyone I knew. I don't know who the gentleman was who did my nails today, but it was the most horrible experience I have ever had.
