They charged me 17 dollars more for a stiletto tip which would have been fine if then vert next day my pinky didn't snap in half. When I called to ask about getting it fixed they said they were charging me because I broke it. Okay but why is it breaking? My friend and I will went in to get acrylic tips and I felt like my nails were super rushed and never got my nails done that quick. Literally the next day one of the tips of the nail cracked off and paint was chipping off. I have had my nails done so many times and I have never been this disappointed. I do not recommend going to this place. I’m on day three of having my nails done and three have a part of the tips cracked off and the fourth one cracked a couple times that I just bent it off that’s how thin they were. Worst experience I've ever had, I never complain or give bad reviews but this place is so unprofessional and over priced. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I went for a solar nail fill at 2:30 and I had to leave by 3:30 to get to work and I didn't think it'd take over an hour for a fill. The lady asked me if I wanted the same color I had before and I said no I want purple and even showed her purple, so she starts doing my nails and cuts me 3 TIMES with the tool..... only cleans out one of my cuts and says "no not me" to the others.... then once she started putting the acrylic on it was the SAME COLOR I had before and by the time I realized I didn't have time to have her re do it because I had to be at work. Once she has all the acrylic on I asked her if she could just file them so I could leave and get to work on time and at this time it was 3:30.... she said "no only 10-15 more minutes" -then charged me 52$ for a fill after she cut me and gave me the wrong Color. I paid and left cause I was in a hurry. I called back the next day and the lady yelled at me and wouldn't let me get a single word in and lied about everything, told me I was wrong and I was just trying to get "free nails." Came in for a pedicure and acryllics.The girl doing my nails was friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. However 2 days later the first nail chipped off on the side of my middle finger. Today 4 days later the paint is half peeled off of the thumb nail. It looks trashy. I even spent more for gel because I did not want this to happen. I'm not happy and I will not be returning. Normally I don't leave bad reviews but my experience was horrible. First time I ever went there. I got pink and white acrylics done, not only are my nails massively crooked and lifting already when I've only had them done for about six days, my cuticles look HORRIBLE. The lady that did my nails went over them with the drill about five times and proceeded to get snippy with me when I watched her do it and even yelled at me when I slightly jerked my hand away because she cut my cuticle badly and caused it to bleed, not to mention she forgot to do my one acrylic all together after finishing all the other ones and putting her stuff away, and once again got snipping asking why I didn't say anything, which I did. I paid $50 for my nails to look horrible and have splitting, bleeding, and chopped up cuticles. I will NOT be going back. Read Less

This nail salon is overpriced and did a horrible job on my pedicure and painting my finger nails. The man who did my pedicure rushed through the process, did not take the time to do a good job, and was horrible at painting nails. Also I rarely get my finger nails painted because I feel the paint doesn't last long enough and I do a good job of painting my naturally long nails myself. I'll never waste my money by going here again and recommend that others avoid this place as well. There is a better nail salon in Oakmont and I might even try one in Natrona Heights while I'm staying in the area for work. Read Less

They don't try to carry on a conversation with you (which I LOVE), they always have strange movies on the TV (which I love) and, most importantly, they do an excellent job on my nails! Great care is taken to shape and trim cuticles, they are sanitary, and their gel skills are on point - nice and even, plus they never lift/peel. Read Less

I probably got the best set of pink and whites here last weekend.  The nail technician was meticulous in everything and they came out beautifully. Also they used a hot towel to clean my hands afterwards and massaged them, so I def left her a big tip. Pricing was normal and took about an hour. The language barrier was a little bit hard, but Ruby (my pedicure tech) & I carried on a nice conversation. For a smaller young woman, Hannah, who did my manicure, had strong hands.
