Absolutely horrible customer service. As soon as I walked in the woman was extremely rude and seemed like I was bothering her. I needed to remove my acrylic nails. Every time I asked a question, she rolled her eyes and turned to the man behind her and said something in a different language (which doesn't bother me)  but I clearly couldn't understand. Took my grand daughter there yesterday and the nail tech not pleasant and she put acetine into the black polish to stretched it to lady longer instead of replacing it with a new bottle. Plus they charged $5 extra to shape the nails to the Coffin style. Read Less

I had a very poor experience. I understand English may be a hard language to understand, & im trying to be empathetic, however I don’t understand how my nails could look so far from what I was asking.. I even had a picture of the design I was looking for, just wanted to swap out colors & instead she ignored the design I was going for, & the colors are the opposite of what I wanted done, as it involved two colors & sparkles. My feet do not feel as soft as they usually do, even though I spoke up about what was being done. My fingernails are not the same length & some are crooked!!! I think you should make this right. Me and my friend went to get our nails done for prom. We were greeted by all of the staff, they were very friendly. My friend had a woman and her acrylics came out great. No problems. I've been coming here for years on a regular basis. I really like their new location, much roomier. Everyone is nice and friendly. I'm always happy with the quality of my manicures and pedicures. This place use to be called LA Nails...I was a happy customer. Since they switch to Nail Trix I've have the 2 WORST pedicures of my life and will never go back. Rude, inefficient and bad technicians...very distracted...left my station for long periods of time...cold water. I paid extra for the spa pedicure...absolutely NO massage component...the first time the guy just rubbed my shin bone...weird and painful. This place is terrible! Read Less

Very horrible attitudes and prices are ridiculous and don't offer employee discount and they have a nasty attitude. Fill ins are like $20 when most places charge $17-18 they are greedy and they don't have good polish!!! Need to offer diccount to mall employees just like they expect the same service!! Won't recommend and horrible if you like a clean and fancy place with horrible service then I highly recommend it!! If you want excellent service I would not recommend it!! I only went here coz my son don't know better where I go for my nails, so he bought me a gift certificate here. I got my gel refill on Tuesday then Sunday the gel got chipped. Went there get it fixed and charged me $5 for a finger???? I don't mind paying if I broke my nail bec. I'm hard on my nails, but it's their product that failed. Never ever again! Read Less

I'd love to give a zero. I am a positive person though, so let me start with the positive- Jurassic park was playing in the salon when I went for my manicure. Unfortunately that's where it ends. The nail polish selection was doo, and the nail polish I chose ended up being pure tar. The man doing my nails (for reference and to avoid my mistake, it was the man with a full head of blonde highlights) filed my nails into little slides (very crooked) so I asked him to trim my nails "a little bit." He then cut them down to the nubs! Then HE WENT IN on my cuticles, making my pinky bleed... and then proceeded to put glue on the cut. Whaaaaaat, really?!?! Then the real torture began... he started polishing my nails and did this weird shwoopy circular motion. At first I thought "oh maybe he's just a really experienced nail technician who has a special technique" .. but then I looked down. It looked like my 5 year old niece did my nails. The nail polish was so thick my fingers looked like bubble letters. There was nail polish EVERYWHERE! All over my skin and cuticles, and he didn't fix it! I sat for 20 minutes under the dryer and they still didn't dry, and the polish got very bubbly. I brought this to his attention and all he did was put more clear polish over top... which required me to wait another four-thousand years to dry. I figured I'd cut my losses there and just leave. An hour later I could smush the nail polish off of my nails... that's how thick and tar-like it was! I wish I took a picture of it, so you could see how truly bad it was... but I had to remove it. For $4 less you can go to different nail salons in the area and get WAY better service with higher quality. BEWARE!!! Overpriced and SO SO bad!! Read Less

This was the worst service ever, my hands still hurt and I will be having to get someone else to fix them tomorrow. I have done better acrylics on myself. I'm bleeding from most of my fingers, the nails are so uneven, and I had to ask him to use the file myself since he apparently didn't know how to use it. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten! I got to another nail trix location regularly and they do not treat me this bad. First the lady who did my feet didn't even bother to put warm water in the foot bath. It was cold. Then she man handled my entire pedicure. Super rough. She ended up making three of my cuticles bleed and she put alcohol on them and they burned like hell. Then she rush through everything else. I thought pedicures were supposed to be relaxing this was far from it. Then she is telling me two pay when I'm drying my feet and rushed me to pay. This review is mainly for the old Asian woman with short hair since that is who did my mani pedi. She definitely rushed through the entire thing. She was done with my feet and hands before other people who started theirs before me. At first I assumed this was because she was more experienced but that wasn't the case. I had a torn toenail that she simply painted over instead of filing and shaping. As for my hands, my fingernails were filed uneven.  She used her fingernails to clean up any polish that got on my cuticles. The polish was also uneven and bubbly when it dried.  I'm sure other people are much better than this woman but because of her I wouldn't go back to this place. Read Less

I got one of the best pedicures ever here! My boyfriends mom also got a gel manicure and her nails turned out really well. We both got French which is how a lot of places mess up, and they are perfect and even and everything! Would definitely recommend this friendly environment to others Read Less

I have been to all the nail salons up here. Trust me this is the best one up here. If you happen to come in when they are busy, note to self appointments are awesome. The owner is amazing and I have never had an issue with any of their workers. To each his own, if you do not like them, there are many, so help yourself. But as for me, this place is the place!
