I would love to give this business a great review. I love trying new places and getting positive reviews out there. HOWEVER! I had a completely unacceptable experience. Had an appointment scheduled for 5:00 P.M., dropped my son off at the babysitters, was there by 4:45. Doors were locked, lights were off. Figured, maybe there was a break in between appointments so I waited a little longer. Around 5:05 P.M., figured they weren't showing up. We did have snow earlier in the day, but roads were fine, parking lot was clear and dry, every other business I passed was open. I have my phone number when I made my appointment, so I see no excuse. I called earlier to confirm my appointment with my phone number with no response, again figured they were just busy. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Read Less
